The cabin is located 3 miles and 1,700 feet up from Lake Willoughby in the Town of Westmore. We invite you to stay!&nbsp;

Looking behind&nbsp;as you drive up Coles Mountain&nbsp;to the land,&nbsp;you see views of&nbsp;Lake Willoughby and rolling mountains heading out to the horizon in the west. &nbsp;Majestic. &nbsp;

Once you have traveled 3 miles and gone up 1,700 feet from Lake Willoughby, you cross a land bridge over a stream and enter a private clearing ringed with tress and forest. &nbsp;This is&nbsp;an old orchard&nbsp;in the forest with an off-grid cabin. &nbsp;Cozy surroundings. &nbsp;Though you may hear others on surrounding properties, you don't see them. &nbsp;&nbsp;Cross another stream and the land goes back another&nbsp;10 acres into deep forest. &nbsp;Magical.

Outdoor activities throughout the area include hiking, skiing and mountain biking at Burke Mountain, Kingdom Trails Association, Craftsbury Outdoor Center and local Vermont State Parks, as well as&nbsp;kayaking,&nbsp;swimming, and fishing&nbsp;on Lake Willoughby. &nbsp;Watch the sunset at Sentinel Rock. &nbsp;

Little Sister's Campsite

As private as private gets but only 6 miles to Newport Vt. There is a creek and a one acre pond (20 feet deep). It is all mixed hard and softwoods. It has some magnificent old growth trees 100 foot tall. There is a good rd that my friend has used with his Lincoln. Most any vehicle (car or Pickup)can get to the site. It gets a little tricky if you are pulling a trailer. A small one is OK but a large one - not so much....... The rd goes 1/2 mile to the rear of the land. Moose, deer and other critters visit too. We live 1/2 mile away from where you enter the woodlot. Our house is on Brownington Pond (200+ acres) & campers can use this site for swimming, boating & fishing. For more info call 863220 5881 Excellent drinking water is available from the hose at our house.

 Fires are allowed and we supply the firewood at no extra charge.

You may use the raft in front of our house 1 mile away.

About the property:&nbsp;We have a sprawling property with a mix of farmland and forested trails. We have four campsites that are completely private from one another. We have put a lot of time to upkeep our trails so you can explore them during your stay with us. Other campers have been lucky enough to see moose and deer during their stay with us.&nbsp;

About the listings:Each listing is completely private from the next, and we can accommodate tents, RVs, trailers, and camper vans. The listings do not have toilets, so we recommend bringing a camping toilet with you if you do not have a self-contained vehicle. Pets are welcome.&nbsp;During your stay with us, why not rent our cocoa shack for a romantic dinner. Light up the wood stove and wine & dine under the stars.

Just 19 miles away is majestic lake willoughby and endless hiking at your toes!

The great Vermont corn maze is about an hour south and is an awesome day of fun with family.

Take a ride north to the Vermont lavender farm in derby, where the views will literally take your breath away. 

World famous kingdom trails bike system in East Burke is a beautiful 35 minute drive south, be sure to check them out if you’re a savvy on two wheels

Welcome to our beautiful property on Lac Brome near Bondville. We offer a flat, grassy surface surrounded by trees for parking your RV or Trailer of up to 40 ft (12.2m).&nbsp;

About the Property

We have a beautiful piece of land located around Lac Brome with gorgeous lake views accessed by a public beach close by. We have a pontoon boat and would be happy to offer you a pontoon tour of Lac Brome during your stay with us.&nbsp;

About the Listing

We can accommodate up to 3 RVs at once, with up to 4 adults per site. All of the sites are pull-through, flat, and can accommodate up to 40ft RVs. Please note as we do not have washroom facilities, your RV or Trailer must be self-contained. We can offer garbage removal (compost, recycling, and garbage) for your stay with us. We also welcome any pet travelling with you but please keep them on leash as we have two adorable cats we do not want to scare.&nbsp;
