About the property:&nbsp;We have a sprawling property with a mix of farmland and forested trails. We have four campsites that are completely private from one another. We have put a lot of time to upkeep our trails so you can explore them during your stay with us. Other campers have been lucky enough to see moose and deer during their stay with us.&nbsp;

About the listings:Each listing is completely private from the next, and we can accommodate tents, RVs, trailers, and camper vans. The listings do not have toilets, so we recommend bringing a camping toilet with you if you do not have a self-contained vehicle. Pets are welcome.&nbsp;During your stay with us, why not rent our cocoa shack for a romantic dinner. Light up the wood stove and wine & dine under the stars.

Welcome to our beautiful property on Lac Brome near Bondville. We offer a flat, grassy surface surrounded by trees for parking your RV or Trailer of up to 40 ft (12.2m).&nbsp;

15 amps electricity and water hook-up available to most sites.

About the Property

We have a beautiful piece of land located around Lac Brome with gorgeous lake views accessed by a public beach close by. We have a pontoon boat and would be happy to offer you a pontoon tour of Lac Brome during your stay with us.&nbsp;

About the Listing

We can accommodate up to 3 RVs at once, with up to 4 adults per site. All of the sites are pull-through, flat, and can accommodate up to 40ft RVs. Please note as we do not have washroom facilities, your RV or Trailer must be self-contained. We can offer garbage removal (compost, recycling, and garbage) for your stay with us. We also welcome any pet travelling with you but please keep them on leash as we have two adorable cats we do not want to scare.&nbsp;

Our beautiful urban location near highway 410 and Bishop's University,  directly on St. Francis river, makes it an exceptional starting point for cyclists who want to enjoy the Route Verte path; fish, canoe, kayak or tube the river or simply explore all Sherbrooke has to offer.&nbsp; Our birdlife is amazing and is a recognized birding location by provincial authorities, especially for swallows and chimney swifts. A fire pit will be made available, in respect of all fire bans, with firewood available for purchase.

In 1910, Agriculture Canada set up a research centre that operated until the 1950's. 

 The property was sold to a family that emigrated to Canada from Europe, to set begin a new life post WW2. 

 In 2015, I purchased the property to return it to its roots - regenerative farming, training, hospitality, poverty relief and healthy living.

Seasonal, fresh farm produce will be available for purchase as well as guided garden tours.&nbsp; &nbsp;Located within 5 minute walking distance to Lennoxville (Bishop's University).&nbsp; It's perfect for campers who like to experience "urban" camping.   Some road noise.  If you are concerned about the weather, the site provides the use of a 8 sleeper tent trailer for your convenience.   During the day, you are welcome to relax in it too.   Portable water will be provided, but bring your own drinks if possible. As a bonus treat, you are welcome to sleep in a very HIP camper, a 1980 retro dodge camper van.
