Had a fantastic time with the family staying here. Very great location, allowing us to quickly restock and also for trips to Waterton & various provincial parks.
The site was very private and quiet, which is perfect for our anxious dog who isn’t a happy camper at public campgrounds. Site also had a campfire with a grill, making cooking over the fire very easy.
Very dark at night, so ensure you have backup flashlights, etc. Bortle under 4 made it great for stargazing, able to see Milky Way with the naked eye.
Jill was a great host - communicated well, guided to site, offered recommendations, and even reached out regarding the lunar eclipse. Thank you!

We loved Jill’s little mini ranch house/cabin. It checked all the boxes for our needs and we loved the little touches she left like wildflowers in a vase and cucumber mint water steeping for our arrival.

Jill and her husband Trevor were amazing hosts. We have never stayed anywhere with such kind and welcoming people. Their place was a true sanctuary—so peaceful and relaxing that we didn’t feel like leaving.
They were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home throughout our stay. Everything was perfect, and the peaceful atmosphere made it a wonderful place to unwind and recharge.
We will definitely be visiting again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with wonderful hosts.

We loved our time at this amazing camp! We had everything we could ask for and more! The ammenities were above and beyond what we were expecting (Hello propane BBQ!) The cabins were roomy and well kept. The solar lights around the property meant that visits to the outhouse were easier after dark and the central camp kitchen area was perfect when the may24 weather started misbehaving.
I cannot state strongly enough how much these hosts went out of their way to make sure we had the best stay possible. Jill gave us a tour of some additional camp areas (The Hobbit hole is on my bucket list) My wife and I felt extremely safe and welcome during our time here and our pups had a blast for their first time camping. We will definitely be back!

Weekend Trip to Fungi Forest Retreat
Thank you for such a lovely stay! Such a beautiful piece of land and very unique stay! So many cute touches in the hobbit house. Cozy and comfy. Lots of space to explore and still felt very private. Travelling solo felt very safe on the land and in accommodations. Was such a wonderful reset and pause out in nature. Hosts were very kind and helpful. Will be back!

Weekend Trip to Blue Rein Ranch
Stayed at the cabin. Quite enjoyable, bathrooms only maybe a 1-2 minute walk from the door, so not bad at all.
Host was welcoming and super friendly, but only half as much as the dogs, haha.
Only tip is as its a loft bed, you use a ladder with slightly smaller rungs than anticipated- so if youve got ladder/height anxieties, you may be better off sleeping on the fold out couch below.

Such a great spot! Very beautiful land and very welcoming hosts. The dogs are so so cute as well. The cabin was very nice and clean. Also got a horseback riding lesson that was so fun. Great stay!
