From salad greens, carrot and beet to blueberry, okra and tomato, our garden features a rotating variety of fruit and vegetables all year long.

Tell us your favorite ice cream flavors and we will whip up some homemade ice cream just for you. You'll have to give us plenty of advance notice on this as Pam's arm gets worn out quick churning the delish ice cream from scratch.

There are lots of beautiful hiking trails, lookout spots and picnic areas in Greene County. Take along a lunch picnic for 2 prepared especially for you and enjoy your day outdoors.

Learn the art of fresh tea making by the hand of Brian. Harvest your own herbs and learn to infuse a hot drink or a cold beverage using all natural herbs grown in the garden. This season we have orange mint, apple mint, lemon balm, chocolate mint and spicy oregano.
