McBrides Flowing Bore
If you want to stay somewhere that is private then this is your spot. The hot tub at sunset whilst drinking a glass or three of Chardy was a bonus.
We also did David's Self Drive Farm tour which was great... Plenty to see and do and plenty of firewood.
Would recommend for anyone that just wants a night or two away from reality

Best farm stay ever
Amazing farm stay, David was a brilliant host, very passionate about his farm. We were very lucky to have some sheep shearing while we were there. David took the time to explain the whole process to us and get the kids involved, which was a highlight of their holiday.
The self drive tour of the farm was great, with all the sheep, roo’s, goats, emus etc.
And the artesian hot baths were amazing and so relaxing at sunset or looking at the stars.
Just brilliant, we will have to stay a week next time.

We ended staying at McBrides flowing bore at the advice of David. David was excellent as a host. The tour of the station was amazing. The site was a bit rustic but the rain out there has been good so there was long grass. The artesian water is amazing and the bath watching the sunset was lovely. Due to storms, we stayed the last night at the shearing shed and the view from the baths there was amazing. We got to see David muster sheep from one paddock to another. His knowledge of sustainable farming practices and the way they look after the land and their animals is amazing. Great information to learn in the shearing shed and in the booklets. We stayed for 3 nights with 2 kids (10&8). They thoroughly enjoyed it. It was hot on our second day, so we went into town for a swim at the rec reserve. So close to town if need be but seems like a million miles away. You can’t hear the traffic but can see the lights on the train. Great to see at night.

Coolibah Waterhole in Strip Paddock
The shearing shed was a great spot with great information from the host provided. A sunset bubble bath with a glass of bubbly made this 10/10.
