All to yourself

A 15 acre entire property private sanctuary, where you have the entire property to yourself. Only 950m walk from Australia's best beach (Cabarita Beach, Tourism Australia 2020). Surrounded on 4 sides by National Park. Bliss. Ocean views from the top of the paddock at the campsite. High chance of seeing a koala as located in a conservation zone. Really private place for a campsite, not visible from the road, perfect for a fire and a restful sleep. Very basic, no facilities, please keep your expectations modest.15 acre paradise, surrounded on every side by Cudgen Nature Reserve which is managed by NSW National Parks and 950m walk to the beach! Drive up the driveway (easily 2WD and large vehicle accessible) and soak in the ocean and lake views. Smell the salty air, listen to the native birds and light a fire for warmth. Completely private listing, with the front gate being only 950m from the beach, and about 200m from the Bowling Club so easy access to town during the day, then camp in your own private paradise by night. Native forest is abundant, and one can easily spend an hour or two wandering the property watching the birds, the ducks by the dam or the stars at night. The accommodation is a grassy hill, flat and cleared, with very little else offered here. This is what we feel makes it so special. Every vehicle can access the site so no need to clarify prior to booking. Driveway was extensively upgraded in 2023.

Cabarita Beach Station
Great location, clean and shady
Great location, so close to the beach whilst feeling so far from all the hustle. Lots of shade whilst still slowing a clearing for camping. Quiet, clean and most of all peaceful. A great spot to chill between catching waves at the beach or checking out all the great places around the area to explore. It was very very wet for majority of our week but due to it being a hilly location the water ran away quickly and we were able to stay high and dry.

Cabarita Beach Station
Would be great to revisit this site when weather is good. We unfortunately had a week of wet weather and decided to leave early. Instructions to site were clear and accurate. Needs to also include if travelling with trailer or caravan, care is needed at gate access arriving and leaving, there is not a lot of room for clearance from road. Trees overhead need to be considered, there is limited open space.

Cabarita Beach Station
A great location, only minutes from Cabarita yet not visible from the road. The entrance is hidden so be careful when approaching and if you are towing like we were, then you are going to block the road on exit. As per the photos you are surrounded by tall gums with no one in sight. There is a large fire pit, unfortunately due to the rain, we were unable to use it.

We had a lovely stay on Scott’s land. What a beautiful bush property to escape to so close to the beach and cabarita township!
