The clean and relaxing park on the Murray River …. Welcome to Waterfront Holiday Park at Tailem Bend. Our Campgrounds, Accommodation are Adult focused, so no playgrounds or swimming pools. We have the Murray River on our property so swimming in the river is a great experience.
Please do not book if you have children in your group.
We’re the perfect stop-off point if you’re traveling from Melbourne or Sydney to Adelaide…or … The perfect Basecamp for short trips, with most places of interest surrounding Adelaide much easier to access without traffic lights from our location just 50 minutes from the city. We can offer you all the facilities you need to make your stay stress free with our easy going approach. With large sites, stay hitched up if you wish…… Room to Relax.

With big shady trees and awesome views of the Murray River, Waterfront Holiday Park is the perfect place to just relax and unwind. With no jumping castles or playgrounds onsite, adult relaxation is our focus.
The Park’s privately owned river frontage includes a boating harbor and boat ramp which is perfect for a morning paddle or water skiing all day.
Our backwater is also home to many birds including swans, ducks, pelicans, and many more.
Within short driving distance are major attractions including The Bend Motorsport Park, Old Tailem Town, Monarto Safari Park, The Coorong, and The National Motor Museum.
The Barossa, Adelaide Hills, and Langhorne Creek wine regions with many quality cellar doors in each area.
In Tailem Bend town center you will be delighted at the quality of food and coffee at numerous locally owned and operated cafes, restaurants, bakery, and hotels.

This property is often gets windy, there's a space between tree groves that is shielded from wind, however, it may only allow 2 or 3 tents/ swags.
It's a rural property, expect a weeds within the pastures.

Great pet friendly stop over on our way home to Melbourne.
Clean, comfy and with great views over the river and nice walking track onto the private grassy island for us and the dogs to explore.

We loved staying at this place. It was quite, peaceful, and comfortable. There is no activities at the property such as water skiing or kayaking, but you can bring your own to enjoy. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. We went to the nearby pub and get to know some locals. Overall, it was enjoyable stay.
