At Lemon Tree Lane we accept one group at a time, so you are guaranteed space, peace, privacy and security. Situated on a five-acre property is a shady, green grassed, and flat camping/caravan area with easy access. The garden has an abundance of birdlife, while the quiet sheep amble around the back paddock happy to have a chat at the fence. Lemon Tree Lane is a great base from which to explore the region, with plenty to see and do in the area. The Busselton/Margaret River region is at our doorstep with easy access to the cycle path (3 mins away), the famous Busselton Jetty (8 mins away), beautiful beaches (5 mins away), and an abundance of cafes and wineries.Potable water hookup is available. Fires are permitted in season. All guests must be self-contained with their own toilet/shower facilities, and we kindly ask you to take all waste when you go. Upon booking, please do let us know what type of setup you have so that we can ensure you are offered an appropriate camping area. Our check-in and check-out times can be flexible, based on other bookings and if pre-arranged. Pets are welcome, but please just keep them on a lead. We have decided to have only a single site for your security and privacy, however, if you are traveling with other people the site is large enough to accommodate additional vans. Peace and Tranquillity
Communication from the host Gary was easy and we were met at the gate on arrival. Gary was very friendly and helped with ensuring the van was in the best spot. Lovely lawn area with shade with seating and coffee table. As there was no one booked in for the following day we were told we could have as late a checkout as we wanted. If you are looking for peace and tranquillity in close proximity to Busselton then this is the place. Would recommend and would certainly visit again if in the area. Cheers Keith and Andrea

Top Caravan spot secure and shady
It was just fabulous! What a pretty secure shady location well kept and you have your own area Gary and his wife are just so lovely and make sure you are ok and happy with everything Just loved it and only a short drive into Bussellton without the hustle and bustle 10/10 Great spot !

Great spot to Camp with van
It is a Fabulous spot to have your Caravan, beautiful garden area with shady trees Also quiet and the owners are just lovely people who are so accomodating and you wouldn’t even know you were staying on their property. We were just quick car trip into Bussellton and then came back out to the quiet location with stars galore ! Thanks so much! 10/10

This was my wife’s first camping trip and Gary and Paula made our trip effortless and easy going. Lemon Tree is a great space, green with plenty of shade and close to nature. It’s also close to Busselton and Margaret River, if you want to explore the region. If you’re looking for a great introduction to camping or need a quiet getaway, don’t hesitate with this site. Thank you again!
