We live on a picturesque 700 acre property, high in the Darling Range an hour north of Perth. The property overlooks Lake Chittering with sweeping views to the horizon. The native bush here is typical of the Darling Ranges, featuring Jarrah, Marri, Wandoo, Xanthorea and Banksia.  Fed by the mighty Brockman river, the pretty Chittering Lake is almost completely obscured by vegetation. The lake features lots of birdlife including swans, wood ducks, spoonbills and wedgetail eagles.  The Chittering valley has much to offer including scenic walks and local cellar doors. The springtime is full of the region's wildflowers, and if you're visiting around October don't miss A Taste of Chittering, the food and wine festival showcasing local produce.  We have a number of campsites on offer for your relaxing holiday.

Great camping on Andrew and Gina’s property. Fantastic views and spots very well spaced out so feels like you are on you are on your own in the bush. Kids and dog love it. Nothing like camp fire meals and family time. Highly recommend:0)

Andrew has some awesome spots for camping. If you want a quiet spot there is plenty to choose from. Andrew is a great host and I can’t recommend the sites enough.

Great weekend in the caravan. Andrew’s farm has great spots to camp. Very private. Nice level ground. We had a nice camp fire going for those clod nights. We took the dogs with us and they had fun running around.

Loved this spot. Perfect night away with a lovely fire and walks over the hills in the morning. Only 45 mins away from us but you could be anywhere out bush, thank you Andrew, such a welcoming host and a fine truckload of wood to keep us warm at night :-) Will definetly be back again x

The rolling fields and stunning bush at Chittering Acres were amazing. You instantly feel relaxed and could be in the middle of nowhere instead of just an hour from home.
