Most of our powered sites are large and shaded with the few that are not shaded being complimented by views of the rolling hills. Most are also drive through sites adding to the ease of getting in and set up quickly. All sites are no more than 100m from our amenities.  Big Valley Campsite is nestled amongst the hills of our family owned working sheep farm, ten minutes south east of Margaret River. Camp fires are prohibited in the Margaret River region between December and April, please follow any restrictions when on the property. Your pets are welcome to join you but please notify the hosts at the time of your booking if they are travelling with you. The farm encompasses a beautiful secret valley hidden from the outside world by natural forest. We are central to the Margaret River region and its tourist attractions.  Margaret River has plenty of wineries, breweries and restaurants to choose from. It also has arts and crafts, mountain biking, bush walking, caving, canoeing and abseiling to offer both visitors and locals a great variety of things to do.  Plus there are many brewery and wine tours that will pick up and drop off from our campsite.

Impressive grounds and well-kept, clean and well appointed facilities with super friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend this place as an excellent camping location for all campers from first timers to long termers. Brilliant! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️

First times always the best time
The kids and I had our first ever camp experience at Shelleys this week. We have nothing but positive things to say about our time away. Staff were friendly from the get go. After a quick meet and greet we were soon upgraded to a powered site closer to the amenities and climbing tree for the kids convenience and comfort. Perfect spot just outside of Margaret River filled with green fields, plenty of sheep and a view you could easily wake up to. The Guinea pig house was a fam favourite followed by the afternoon lamb feeding. We will definitely come back next school holidays.

Fantastic family destination!!
What a fantastic experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The kids loved feeding the Guinea pigs and lambs. We will definitely be back soon!

First time staying in big valley. We absolutely loved it. One of the best campsite i have been! Very quiet and nice location surrounded by fields, trees and often sheep. Super clean and very good facilities for kitchen and bathroom.

Camping with animals, great for kid
We really enjoyed our stay at Big Valley. There were guinea pigs, chickens and sheep for the kids to feed plus heaps of room to ride bikes. Lisa and Andrew made us feel welcome and the views from every point at the camp grounds are beautiful.

A terrific option for caravanners
Such a pretty campsite. Close to Margaret River and surrounding wineries and attractions. Super clean amenities and camp kitchen/ laundry. Lovely helpful staff.
