Wake to the sounds of the abundant bird life such as kookaburras, cockatoos, resident magpies, kingfishers and finches. It is a bird watchers paradise. We also have a resident Koala that visits from time to time. Bushlands surround the property perfect for a nature walk, or paddle in the creek. Fishing is also allowed in the creek where you might catch a Yellow Belly or Murray Cod, fishing licence is required.Situated only 1.5kms from Murray Valley Hwy it makes for an easy find. The road is accessible in all weather conditions and is suitable for all vehicles. Explore Yorta Yorta country with its ancient river red gums, creeks and abundant wildlife. Relax with views overlooking the creek whilst sitting around a small campfire.
