Natural beauty
We didn’t have the best weather so once we saw the cozy glamping room we left the tent in the car & made ourselves at home. Once the weather improved, we really enjoyed the landscape, birds & tranquility of the Arapiles bush block.

Arapiles Bush Block
Fantastic large site to explore
Fantastic site that I would recommend in a heart beat. Large site to explore, but a good 4wd (or two) would be needed to explore all of it.
Very private site, great for groups.
The main camp site is very sandy, so make sure you bring sand pegs. Firewood is everywhere, but bring a chainsaw to cut the fallen logs.
Hot water and electricity if required.

An arid beauty.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Arapiles Bush Block. Diana has given thoughtful attention to detail in order to help campers feel safe and welcome. She is a friendly, communicative host. We stayed one night in the glamping shack then on nights 2 and 3 we pitched our tent and swag at the back of the shed. This was so we were close to the camp kitchen and outdoor bath. Walking around the property we discovered other lovely camping spots that we will definitely check out next time. The property is sandy and covered with native flora and fauna. The variety of birdsong first thing was a delight to listen too. We were privileged enough to see a large flock of black yellow tailed cockatoos come and go throughout the day. Their haunting song never grows old! Lots of shingle backed lizards about the place too.
It was close to a full moon during our stay so the nights were bathed in moonlight amplified by the white sandy ground. The head torch wasn’t needed! The outdoor bath was an absolute treat. The running water for the bath/shower and kitchen is powered by a generator out the back of the shed. It isn’t too hard to start.
With Horsham around half an hours drive, Arapiles bush block is a convenient place to stay if you wanted to explore the surrounding area and what it has to offer. We didn’t venture far as we were very content with what the site had to offer and the kids had a wonderful time playing in the sand and entertaining themselves! Thanks for having us stay!

Loved our stay!
Absolutely the best Hipcamp we’ve stayed at yet. The hosts are lovely and the property is gorgeous too; we had 200 acres all to ourselves and loved every minute. We will definitely be back. Can’t wait!
