We have open land; first come first serve. We are centrally located near Lake Champlain and Smugglers Notch. An ideal place for the outdoor enthusiast. It is a beautiful piece of property in Vermont that you will fall in love with.

Country Cabin
We had a great time this weekend staying at the cabin! It was really beautiful and the hosts were super nice and helpful. I am definitely going to stay here again next time I’m in the area and have already recommended it to others I know.

Beautiful spot. Secluded and great view of the stars. Nice walking trails on the land, wood provided for wood stove inside kept us warm at night. Would come back!
