Beautiful 8 acre property situated on the edge of the Craigbourne Dam, 2 minutes from the township of Colebrook and 50 minutes from the Hobart CBD. Our property offers are great getaway experience for any traveller. The Craigbourne Dam is a all year round recreational fishing ground and stocks many species of fish i.e. Atlantic Salmon, Brown Trout and Rainbow Trout to name a few. Our property is a pet friendly park but we do ask all patrons to be considerate of the surrounding farmland and live stock . As we are a fully self contained campground we do not provide power, toilets or showers. You'll need to have your own amenities and discard of any rubbish . Limit phone coverage but still enough to call/text Contained campfires permitted when restrictions aren't in place. Firewood for sale for a small fee (see Extras). IMPORTANT : Any guest that wish to fish the Craigbourne Dam will be asked to purchase a angling license for the duration of their stay . Lovely spot on the dam. Had the whole place to myself. Border collies are super friendly also.

The Old Barn Paddock
Great location, clean flat grounds, beautiful views, plenty of room. The optional addition of purchasing some fire wood is a great idea and our lovely host even bought it down to our site! Highly recommend staying at this spot

The Old Barn Paddock
Windswept. Wrong time of year. Cold. Barren. Needs trees. Shade, wind breaks. Didn't see the hosts. Booked for 2 nights, stayed only 1. Best thing I found was the dog. Beautiful girl. Slept under our van, played with our dogs.

The Old Barn Paddock
What a spot! Lots of open space and the dogs were great fun. Mobile reception is patchy and not the flattest sites so you may need to get creative with van level. Can't wait to get back!
