We're currently closed to camping and do not accept bookings. A 24-acre hobby farm in Southern Barossa Valley, for up to 3 self-contained caravans/campervans on 3 separate parking bays. One booking per vehicle, per bay. If you're coming as a group, please book each vehicle separately. You'll be close to everything that both the Barossa Valley and the Adelaide Hills have to offer and a short 1h drive to Adelaide. The site is located in the southern part of the property, with 3 clearly marked parking locations. Self-contained campervans, caravans and other self-contained camping vehicles only. Not suitable for tents. The ground in the 3 designated parking spots is sufficiently level ( but not "tennis court"-level), and on a slight inclanation, in a native bush section of the property. Parking within the 3 designated spots only (no parking allowed on the adjacent paddock). Drinking water is available as well as outdoor tables and benches, a rubbish bin, a recycling bin and a compost bin. No toilet/shower facilities at this stage. Fireban at all times, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. You're welcome to use a gas BBQ or a gas stove. Parent(s) with infants before crawling/walking stage are welcome. The campsite is not suitable for children above 1y.o. as it's not child proofed. You'll enjoy great views, privacy and nice walks. We share the land with numerous creatures, including kangaroos, lizards, snakes, birds, insects etc - none of these are out to cause harm to humans. If you do come close to one - please do not approach wildlife and let it get on its way. Littering or other disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. Not suitable for children as the property is not child-proof. Please exercise caution when entering and exiting the property, as we're on a tourist route - and on a bend on the road: other vehicles can appear quickly. If coming as a group of several caravans, please consider spacing out your arrivals within 4-5 min between each other, so as not to block traffic on the road.

Mill About Vineyard
Mill about Vineyard is ideally located in one of the premier wine regions of South Australia. Our hosts were lovely and highlighted all the things to do and see on the property and in the surrounding area. Our caravan fit easily and we were able to level it out without any issues. There is a slight slope but nothing some levelling chocks or airbags can't deal with. There are three sites side by side and a communal table and 'dinning area'. We would come back for sure if we are in the area.

Great location and really friendly hosts, only a short drive to everywhere we needed which was perfect. We were in caravans and the ground was pretty uneven being on a slant so it was a challenge to stabilise and balance the caravan but doable in the end.

Great spot. Private, secure and great views. Super friendly and helpful hosts. Enjoyed our 2 nights and spent our days exploring Handorf and the wineries of the Barossa.
