Great location, best opportunity to spend time on the farm amongst the animals and nature. We are a small Farmstay in the heart of the Fleurieu Peninsula just out side Victor Harbor in Waitpinga. Powered and unpowered sites have use of bathroom facility. Waggon Flat campers do not have access to facilities. Limited Telstra ph service and no wifi. Check in from time from 1.00pm. Check out is strictly 10.30 unless pre organised with management. Close to anything you would like to do in this fantastic part of the state of South Australia. From fishing to surfing to long walks on the Heysen Trail or wine tasting and whale watching, there is everything here you would ever want to do. Rates include access to farm animals. Sheep, cows, chooks, ducks, goats, alpaca - all are very hungry and looking for pats! Sorry we don't allow pets. Campfires permitting (depending on local fire restrictions). All Rubbish is to be taken home by campers, with the policy of what you bring you take home and leave nothing. Scroll down for Map of location. Check in time from 1.00pm. check out by 10.30am.

Wagon flat (Site 2)
We had a fabulous stay at the Breakaway Farmstay, can't recommend it more. We stayed on site 2 and were nicely secluded from other visitors, but in close walking distance to the toilets. We enjoyed having a wonder around the farm, meeting the other residents 🐓🐐🐑🦘🐈 and having some fun with (free) table tennis and a game of pool. It was such a pleasure to be greeted by the cows in the nearby paddock in the morning! Thank you so much for having us, we look forward to coming back when your gin distillery is up and running!

Robert as a host is great .He was always there to help.The site is amazing too.He even allowed us to play games for 5 mins even though we booked unpowered site . One thing that i didn't like is u don't get a bin to throw your stuff like bottles,Can etc.You don't even get a complimentary wifi just in case u pass by near to his office.I had to go out 1 km away to get the internet for some emergency work .

Breakaway Camping (Powered Site 1)
We had a lovely time at Breakaway Farmstay. Lovely and peaceful. Our toddler loved all the animals and play equipment. The facilities were really clean and well maintained. Would stay there again! Thanks Rob!

Fantastic place to stay, lovely setting with plenty of space, clean toilets. Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away and would love to come back.

Another enjoyable stay, so peacefull. 3 days of doing absolutely nothing. Loved it. Gin distillery to open on site soon. Support this farm stay, they're doing an amazing job. Can't wait to return. Cheers Steve and Allison.
