6 acres hosted by Seila P.
2 Vehicle/Tent sites
Please message me prior to booking as we don't live here, to make sure that we have vacancies. Also if you are making a booking for more than five people, you'll need to do two bookings, so that we don't end up overcrowded. Thank you. Self sufficient campers are preferred.
If you are looking to get away, put your feet up, switch off and recharge, then this is your perfect spot to enjoy the serenity of farm life with the added mountain views. We have potable bore water, electricity connection, picnic table and bench and firepit. We have two powered caravan sites that can also double up as tent sites. Ideally you should be self sufficient.
Our bore has a solar pump that is rigged up to the water tank at the camp kitchen. Please turn the tap off once you have finished filling up your containers or caravan tanks. Bore water is potable, so can be used for cooking, cleaning, pets, etc.
Any cooking implements and tools that you might need during your stay can be provided at request. Dogs are welcome, just please be mindful of our free ranging chickens, which are generally located at the top of the farm, near the big new shed. We also have baby goats that you are welcome to help us feed.
Please ensure that you are mindful of our neighbours, no loud noises between 9pm and 7am and kindly clean up after yourselves and take your rubbish with you, as we don't have garbage collection at the property.
Nanango has a lovely vibe. It's Queensland's oldest and friendliest town. There are great playgrounds, swimming pool and cart racing in town, which is only about 10 minutes away from the farm. Kingaroy is about half an hour away. There is a great off roading spot in the forest that is literally up the road from us. According to previous campers it's perfect for beginners.
For any other questions, please feel free to contact me. And don't forget to enjoy your stay. :-) it is a lovely spot, with amazing views and DinDin Forest across the road. Our neighbours have horses and sheep too that are curious and friendly.
Weekly and monthly rates are available, please contact me to discuss your requirements, thank you.Enjoy the serene setting with a stunning mountain backdrop and Din Din forest just behind you. The farm is being currently set up: we have power at the top end of the farm; bore has been rigged up to the camp kitchen water tank; an outdoor table and chairs has been assembled; and we have a fire pit. We have a basic bucket toilet available and wifi. Basic camp kitchen has potable water for cooking, dishes, pets etc. Dogs are welcome, please be mindful of our free ranging chickens, which generally hang out near the bigger newer shed at the top of the property. Our neighbours also have sheep and horses too, which roam around quite close to the old shed.
Main activities nearby would include walking, hiking and off road driving, as we develop the farm. We have fruit, nut and native trees and will have some activities that will include yoga, meditation and potentially music classes in the future, as well as more interactive farm animal experience for the younger crowds.
Please make sure you clean up after yourselves and take your rubbish with you. Please restrict loud noises between 9pm and 7am, as there are neighbours around us. Would suit anyone looking for a peaceful spot, from singles, couples and families with children. There are playgrounds, swimming pool and even a cart racing place in Nanango, the oldest and friendliest town in Queensland, which is only 10 mins away. Kingaroy is about 30 minutes away and Yarraman, about the same as Nanango.
If you have any other questions, feel free to contact me. Long term stay is available, please contact me for rates. Thank you.
