We have 178 acres of beautiful land hidden in the hills of Tarome in the Scenic Rim community. An amazing view of the national park and Cunninghams Gap. There is a hidden creek at the back of the property that never runs dry, running from Gap Creek Falls at the top of Cunninghams Gap. The location is perfect for a quick getaway or long stay, complete privacy and little reception depending on your phone service, ensuring a peaceful camping stay. There is lots of activities within a short drive from the property including fishing at Lake Moogerah, hiking the mountain tops or having brunch at the amazing local cafe's in the area. Our campsites are hidden in the hills, down by the creek or out in the open. You will need a 4 WD to access the rear of the property. There are 3 x 2WD camping options for caravans over 17ft or those not off road. Depending on the type of vehicle and van will dictate your camping locations. Maximum caravan access for the rear of the property is 17ft off road van. This is due to the hill climb and a tight corner at the top. Dogs are welcome but must stay within the camp, be under control or on a leash. If you have friends who you want to invite but don't have camping gear that's okay, we have the option to hire a camper trailer. All they need to bring is food and drinks. Only 1 available, please see Extras. We welcome self-contained campers who bring their own camping toilet/shower, and drinking water. All human, food and general waste is to be removed upon leaving the campsite. We have fireplaces set up but if you prefer a different site for your fire please bring your own fire pit. Good Firewood for camp ovens etc is available for purchase under Extras. For this one off price we will supply you for wood for your whole stay. There is sometimes wood located at each campsite but the amount and quality is varied. Our campsites are hidden in the hills, down by the creek or out in the open. Please be aware from June-August there can be high wind gusts. We recommend 4WDs to access the rear creek and camping areas. There are 3 x 2WD camping options suitable for larger caravans and motor homes. These sites can accomodate a large group. We have a good variety of options for 4WD. Depending on the type of vehicle and van will dictate your camping locations. Access is restricted in wet weather- out of our control. There are 2x 4WD sites suitable for smaller setups and 3x 4WD sites suitable for larger groups. Please book separately and let us know your group name. There is a rough hill climb 4WD low gear at the beginning and a tight corner at the top. Reminder - You must provide your own toilet facilities and take your waste and rubbish with you when you leave. Dogs are welcome but must stay within the camp, be under control or on a leash. Camping by the creek

Absolutely amazing camp ground. We had a perfect set up right near the creek. We bought one of their toilets for the 3 nights and their firewood and it was so useful and kept us super warm. Got into a bit of a pickle after the rain, but Alannah immediately came to help us. Will definitely be coming back in the future and would love to recommend this place. It was gorgeous and so fun

We loved our few days away at 'Over the Creek'. We had plenty of space and the creek was an amazing spot for the kids to explore and splash around. A bonus being able to hire a toilet as well!

Best camp!

The best camp we have been on❤️the hosts was so friendly, down to earth and helpful. The spot is just amazing, such a big space for my son running around, finding treasure, close to the beautiful creek, a lot of wildlife. It is also nicely maintained. A 4wd is the must, there are definitely some fun and a intense 4wd tracks there

We absolutely loved our nights stay! We will most definitely be back again soon. Such a beautiful location and the hosts were so wonderful. We went with our little people and the location couldn’t have been more family friendly. See you again soon!

The 2WD area was a very relaxing Creek side camp ⛺️. The horses 🐎 were friendly and staff very helpful.
