With panoramic escarpment views, peace, privacy and quiet, this mountain top property has easy access from the road. The property is serviced by free courtesy buses, tour adventures, taxi service, and takeaway food services. Please understand seasons of the dry tropics changes the look of the property photos. We have breathtaking distant Eco views of mountains, escarpments and nature that will leave you awe struck. It makes for a great stay over. Located between Northerlies Bar Bistro, Cannonvale Shopping Centre, Airlie Beach and the Great Barrier Reef islands corals, parks. We have a limited number of campsites so your quiet, privacy, independence and convenience are important to us. We see high tide and have cooling sea breezes. Very, very important the drive has entry and exit. 1. To enter: Unhook the gate let yourself in; then close it please to maintain our privacy and stop transport services driving through. 2. Leave exit gate open. 3. Park so reversing beepers are not activated when leaving early morning to avoid waking up other guests. You can leave your camp and get courtesy buses to explore Great Barrier Reef tour options, refresh in Airlie Central, stock shop or just go out on the town for fun. So, relax here with us and revitalize from all the driving. Prepare yourselves now for your Great barrier Reef adventures before your next long distant OZ trip. Camping in the hills
Philip was an excellent host, very friendly, his property has great views across to Airlie Beach and is only 15 minutes drive to town, beautiful gardens in an elevated lush site

Beautiful spot, a lot of effort planting native flora. Sites beautifully kept. All have direct access to bore water. Freshwater tank also available! Best spot sites 1 and 2. Amazing views over Cannonvale and mountains plus fire pit! Would definitely stay again! 4mins drive to Cannonvale shopping Centre

Stunning and peaceful spot! Partner and I decided to do a trip to Airlie Beach last minute spontaneously and I was able to last minute book a site, and we arrived quite late as well but easy to find for us to pull out the swag underneath the stars to rest our heads for the night! Looking forward to coming back one day with some more time and planning on our hands🧡

How's the serenity
Nice quiet camping with an amazing view, host was great and gave easy directions to the camping spot. 5 minute drive to shops. Can't ask for much more than that. Thanks and ill stay on my way back through again 😀
