It is quiet and peaceful, full of bird life and the lakes are stocked with fish. • Great for families • Lots of grassed open area • Swings • Hot shower • Fire pits • Walking tracks • Great for Kayaks and SUP’s etc • Clean water for swimming • All Vehicle/ Van type access • Toilets • Non potable water on taps available around the property You can bring your van, motor home, fifth wheel or tent. We have 50 large easily accessible individual sites available. Access is great, once here enjoy the peaceful surrounds with a lake view. Sit by your own fireplace at night and enjoy the stars. There is plenty of space with over 20 acres of easily accessible sites to choose from. We have a site map with individual sites named and numbered, send me a Message if you require a site map prior to booking. The diversity of the sites is huge at Lakeview. You can choose from either Lakefront sites which give you uninterrupted waterfront, wetlands sites where the aquatics birdlife on display is magnificent, it’s like your own live doco unfolding! We also have sites specifically for off road camper type trailers where you can nestle in out of the way. Are you more of a pitch a tent type camper? That’s fine there are some very cool out of the way tent sites which offer complete seclusion also. You can walk along the creek, take a swim, do some fishing for bass, watch the huge variety of birdlife, light a campfire or simply relax and take in the serenity. We are only a 5 minute drive from town and shops. Caloundra is only a 40 minute drive away also.

We loved the tranquil location of Nicks property. Hot shower and portable toilets available. So peaceful and plentiful bird life. Will definitely be visiting again.

Kids had a blast!
We will definitely be back! We really enjoyed our stay on this lovely property. Nick is a fantastic host. Our kids had the best time! They loved jumping off the jetty, swimming and stand up paddle boarding in the dam, and they loved the playground.

Fix the loos!
Two toilets and both inoperable. Obviously repurposed second handies that didn’t flush properly. Not a nice experience forth thing in the morning, when it was the singular facility you actually need. Undisclosed highway noise. Other than that, a nice water view, great bird life and decent well mown grassy areas.

BEST KEPT SECRET…!!
Nick’s backyard is absolutely fabulous… don’t tell anyone they will all want to stay…!! We spent the long weekend camped by the smaller of the 3 lagoons on the property and woke each morning to the harmonies of the superb bird life. We brought our own timber and enjoyed an open campfire 🔥 each night. Kids loved jumping off Nick’s deck into the larger lagoon. Plenty of room… beats parking in a van park. Nick is a standout host… very accomodating. Thank you Nick for letting the Hansford’s enjoy your backyard… we’d love to come back.

Great spot by side of lake. Simple site, but equipped with toilets and now shower. Would definitely recommend for tenting or RV.

Lakeside camp close to everything!
Great spot! We spent a long weekend here. There were plenty of spaces so regardless of which site you book, Nick can sort you out with whatever suits your needs. Everyone was really well spaced out and each site has a tap and fire pit. From speaking with Nick it sounds like this is just the beginning. Extra toilets and a pool table were installed when we were there. A coffee van came on the Sunday morning too which I think is likely to become a regular thing. Loved our day trips to Woodford and Kilkoy and of course Caboolture is around the corner. A hidden gem.
