Hold it Flats is a 120 acre property that borders the beautiful O'Connell River that has water all year round. Take a walk around the property to check out some of the creatures that have been built out of scrap metal and bush bars that have been built all around the property. There is nice shady trees, green grass and flat camping sites right beside the river with hot showers and flushing toilets. There is plenty of room and some great tracks for the kids and the big kids to ride their push bikes on. The swimming hole is about 2 meters deep and has big shady trees on the edge. There is also enough room for kids to bring their kayaks and have a paddle along the river. We have some hiking tracks up around the hills of our property that have amazing views of the area. All campsites can be provided with their own fire pit. You just pick your spot and we will bring a portable fire pit to you. Fire wood can be purchased at the property. All rubbish must be taken when you, there are no rubbish bins provided.

Hold It Flats for the win 🏆
I recently stayed at Hold It Flats and had a fantastic experience! The location was serene. The campsite offered convenient amenities including hot showers and clean toilets, which were a big plus for comfort. Camp fires at night and pet friendly. The highlight was definitely the opportunity to swim in creek which was refreshing and enjoyable after a day of venturing. Katie was friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was pleasant throughout. Overall, I highly recommend Hold It Flats for anyone looking to enjoy nature without sacrificing simple comforts.

Hold It Flats Grassed Flat Camping
We really enjoyed spending 2 night at Hold it Flats. Wonderful atmosphere and very peaceful. Great to swim in the creek as well. Our border collie loved it. Bathroom and toilet facilities were clean and well maintained.Looking forward to coming back soon.

Over the Hill
Katie's place is just incredible. It was so incredibly peaceful and Katie was an absolute legend and ensured we had a great spot during our stay. The amenities are really good too, and very clean
