I hope you book and enjoy this beautiful 100 acre block just 5 minutes outside of Canungra. This site is next to a clean dam with a sandy beach, perfect for swimming. This site is 25 minutes away from Tamborine Mountain. This property has some of the best sunsets you'll ever see. In the colder months a thick fog rolls in making for beautiful mornings. Feel free to pitch a tent or bring your caravan we can cater for both. We have a shaded area set up near the dam with a table. A firepit is provided too. Do not cut down any trees or branches.*please use google maps not apple maps to find the property* Pull up your caravan or pitch your tent next to our beautiful dam. It is grassy and kept mown. We have provided a shaded area with a table and have made a sandy beach entrance to the water so you don't get muddy when exiting the dam. There is a pod of about 60 kangaroos that roam the property as well as many types of birds. We hope you enjoy your stay and don't forget to bring your friends! A portaloo is provided. Please note that if there has been a lot of rain, we recommend 4x4 vehicles. Pets are allowed on leash.

Peaceful and close to Brisbane
The campsite is super private and peaceful, with a fantastic shelter and fire pit. It is quite sloped, more than it appears in the pictures, which made levelling two camper trailers necessary but nothing that couldn’t be done. The portals at the site is about 200m away at the top of the hill, which is good because you can’t see or smell it, but a bit of a hike every time you need to use it. It was also quite dirty for us, with mouse/rat poo. Overall we had a great time and it’s conveniently close to Brisbane.

Dam good spot indeed.
We loved our spot at Campsite 1. A perfect, private and relaxing campsite and we really enjoyed heading out on the dam on the kayak provided. The site was clean, easily accessible and picturesque. The undercover gazebo by the dam was awesome to have that bit of extra space. We plan on visiting again. Thank you Braeden!

Dam that was good 🤣
Absolutely lovely to wake out to the dam, rained for us but we got to swim in it before we left when the sun came out and kayaking in the rain ain't so bad 😂. not a flat site but it didn't stop us and would definitely come back again. the kangaroos are next level cool!

Great Setup!
This is a great campsite. Location is fantastic and campsite really easy to access. The picnic bench and undercover area make camping easy and comfortable. The outlook over the dam and into country side is really nice. The kayak also adds a nice activity to do. Would highly recommend. Great setup
