Family owned by Local who love their town, Charters Towers Tourist Park is situated off the main highway so you will avoid traffic noise and get your much needed rest before you discover beautiful Charters Towers or journey onward in whichever direction your travels take you. We look forward to your stay with us.

    Great facilities; v.clean toilets and showers , lots of tables in the communal camp kitchen, sink,hot plates and shared fridge if needed, Nice pool with table and bbq area. Really good location to get into and around town and to see the local sights; the old cemetery,the Towers Hill and it's 4wd tracks and ease of entry to the top of town and the info centre. The caravan/ tent sites are the usual squeezy situation with only enough room for your caravan and car. We had the corner spot and got boxed in by neighbours not moving their vehicles (we are mainly used to bush camps so this may be the norm for these type of caravan sites too :) ). Thank you for having us to stay at your camp !
