Ann's place was beautiful, flat, peaceful and just a nice calm environment. She greeted us on arrival and gave us the lay of the land, and then we just found our spot to park and set up. Lovely little country meadow with a beautiful moonrise.

Absolutely beautiful property! Anna was attentive and very friendly. Bathrooms and shower were clean and easy to use. The whole site is well maintained and easy to navigate. 100% will stay again!

Good campbase to explore Eugene
Nice, cool place with no mosquitoes while we were there. The compostable toilet is ingenious and odorless. The small outdoor sink and shower are appreciated. The land is very well located, close to the charming town of Eugene and all amenities. Directions to get to the address are clear. Those that indicate where to settle on the ground are a little less so. It is very pleasant to camp on a small farm where there is a beautiful garden, large trees and a relaxed atmosphere. The people who live on site (residents and workers) are quiet and discreet and there is enough space for everyone. Anna responds very quickly to her emails, which was helpful during our stay. She is also courteous and helpful.

Overall good!
(When reading this keep in mind me and my husband showed up on a Sunday night so I’m sure it’s not normally like this and we just came at the end of a busy weekend.) The toilet outhouse was full to the top and unable to use, and the shower was temporarily down. This was kind of disappointing to not have a heads up before we arrived after a long day of traveling. But over all the views were incredible, and the property was quiet, clean and serene. There is also lavender for sale! That was cool! And the one thing I like about this place is that there are places for shade but also places to park in the sun.

The pictures and description do not do this serene and idyllic 7 acres farm justice. Anna was great to work with, very accommodating to our odd sized group. Can't wait to come back.

Lil Loafer Vintage Trailer
Cute and useful little trailer.
Li' Loafer Trailer is adorable and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfy spot for my sleeping bag. No water, bathroom, or electricity in the trailer, but there is a clean compost toilet and a water spigot nearby. The trailer is very useful even if you have a tent and way cheaper than any hotel or B&B in the area.

Close to Eugene & cheaper than B&B
Anna is very friendly and accommodating. Compost toilet with cob walls was clean and well made. Lots of fruit trees and beautiful garden. Also a nice tree swing. Cute small trailer to rent if needed. Quiet at night, but property is at the corner of two country roads that get kind of loud during rush hour. Overall, great stay.

Xannadu Classic Camping
Keep in mind this was my first hipcamp experience. I do alot of tent camping in organized campgrounds. The good part: a compostable toilet was available. The property was large, and the homeowner nice. The not so great part:we were directed to camp at a corner of the property next to an often busy road. No one else was there, but i guess we were out of the view of the home. There was a extra payment made for use of the hot tub, and were told once we got there it wouldn't be available till after the dinner guests left. Kind of dissapointing. But ok. I guess for the $$ i might rather stay at a campground .

Nice spot to camp for the night!
Our family enjoyed our stay here! Anna was super friendly and gave us a little orientation of her land and where we could setup when we got there. We were the only ones there besides herself and we setup next to the tree in the back corner near the road.
The bathroom was still under construction but it still worked perfectly fine for us. We were near the road but we’re never really bothered by any noise. Weather was nice as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend!
Beautiful property! My husband and I had a great experience here. Anna showed us where to park our van when we arrived, and the spot was nice and private. The site is really close to Eugene which was convenient since we were visiting friends in the city. Even though it’s close to the city life, the spot is far enough from the city that you still get gorgeous rural views and quiet nights. The composting toilet was clean and comfortable, and Anna let us hang her solar shower on our van. Anna is a great host, and we highly recommend!
