Nomadic camping
Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Pitch your tent or park your camper at our safe, quiet and close-to-it-all rest stop. This is very basic camping, you'll need to bring everything you need with you, but it's a great location as a base camp to explore the beautiful Litchfield National Parks and surrounds. Fairly flat land, very spacious with trees lining the outer areas. Close to the iconic Darwin River pub and local shops, just 5 mins away. Territory Wildlife Park and Berry Spring Reserve are just 20 mins away. Dundee Beach, Crab Claw Island and through to Batchelor are all within an hour's drive. At present, we just cleared approx 8 acres of land for campers, with some established trees around the edges. Please ensure you take all your waste with you, and leave the camp area tidy for others. Pets welcome!
