Perfection !
Absolutely amazing spot. Stayed at a lot of Hipcamps and this is by far the best. Has it all. Secluded, peaceful, access to water, close to a town for supplies if you run out 🍻 and even 5g if your that way inclined to entertain young kids for 5 minutes. Will 100% be back and would recommend to absolutely anybody.

we arrived very very late at night and they were waiting for us extremely helpful. Wasn't easy to find the address as gps took us the other way, but I believe they were going to update it in the system. So first night was late we were not sure where we were, we were lonely, well and quite a few cows that were super intrigued about our border collie...waking up with the views, so so so peacuful (and is not that I live in the city) but it was definitely super nice. My husband caught quite a few fishes, we had a swim, not too scared about sharks pretty low the river there, and I got to start and finish my first bog book in years (I usually listen audio book) but the enviornment was way too chill and nice to just relax and don't think. We live only 2 hs away, we will def come back :)

It was lovely and quiet, will definitely be back again. Was a little scared to swim in case of bull sharks in muddy water, but was lovely to see the cow's all standing in the river for a dip.
For a family of 4, love that you charge per car per night instead of per head.

Loved it! Great spot for Aussie day weekend! Boat in the water right at camp, fishing with kids, and swimming was fantastic in the 42 degree heat.

What a perfect spot! We stayed on site 4, right between the Clarence river and Carrs creek. It’s a huge flat grassy area with more than enough room for a huge group camp and the water right at your doorstep. Carrs creek is a beautiful country creek, and perfect for a kayak if you’re not sure about taking on the Clarence or if you’re new to kayaking or have little ones who like to have a paddle. The owners are friendly and welcoming but give you your space. For people like ourselves who love to be metres from the water to throw in a line (had some luck with decent sized bream and catfish) this campsite could not have been more perfect. It was the long weekend and we had the whole place to ourselves, my only guess for this is because it is new to Hipcamp and nobody has discovered it yet. If there were other campers however, the sites are very well spaced apart on the river for everyone to have more than enough privacy. Probably my favourite Hipcamp do far 10/10
