Surrounded by Yengo National Park and Crown land, Earthways is 134 ha (330 acre) property near Wollombi in a secluded part of the Wollombi Valley. Come and enjoy the noises of the bush and the clear night skies with no human neighbours close. No mobile reception. (Phone and wifi for emergencies at our house.) We (Brian and Sally) have been re-vegetating the land and living here sustainably being “Off Grid” for over 40years, surrounded by bush with 3km of Stockyard creek meandering through the valley. We would love to share this paradise with those wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Dogs welcome but kept on a lead. No leeches and No ticks in this area. NO close neighbours. Perfect spot to pitch your tent or set up your camper next to Stockyard creek. After a mini flood we now have water in the creek. Lots of sunshine and lots of shade. Easy dirt road access (5km) Some sites require/recommend 4WD check each site separately. Come and take advantage of the Wollombi Valley's beautiful scenery and atmosphere. Sit and relax or get adventurous and explore the area. The historic village of Wollombi is only 25 minutes away, and has cafes, shop, museum and the Wollombi Tavern. The popular Broke and Pokolbin wine regions are a short 25-40 minute drive away in the opposite direction. Yengo National Park has some wonderful look out spots-great to take a picnic to Finchley Lookout to watch the sun set or check out Aboriginal art sites. You may see wombats, kangaroos, echidnas, goanna's, kookaburras, lyre birds black cockatoos and so many other native birds/creatures. Stunning rock features, caves, diverse ecosystems with abundant native fauna and flora. We are situated in a valley. Each of our 5 separate camp sites are for your own private space.

Loads of room and privacy
We really enjoyed our stay. Sally’s communication was excellent and we felt very welcome. (You should purchase some of her home made honey too; it was outstanding). The campsite was excellent; large and private. If wet, I would recommend a 4wd or an SUV. If dry a 2WD is fine. There is no phone reception which I enjoyed. Wollombi is less than 30 mins away with good food, coffee and phone reception. The toilet was as advertised and we didn’t use the camp shower. We will be back.

Peaceful and private campsite
We had a lovely time camping over the Easter break. The campsite was secluded, and the inclusion of basic amenities i.e. shower, potable water, and drop toilet were great. My youngest son saw a baby wombat, and the stars were wonderful! Sally was a great host! Highly recommended if you’re after a secluded getaway.

Sally and Brian were welcoming and very helpful before and on arrival. Such a lovely, beautiful and quiet natural site. Wonderfully secluded so can enjoy the valley and wildlife. A real get away to relax and lots of space for our dog to explore. We all had a great stay and definitely be back, Thank you Sally and Brian 😊
