At Myrtle Valley we have 11 green acres with good firm access roads for larger vans/RVs, and plenty of space for private camping. The property is located 1km from the Lake Conjola entrance road and approximately 8 minutes drive north of the historic village of Milton. It's an area known for beautiful beaches, great bush walks, and nice local shops, cafes, and restaurants, and our camping spot makes for a convenient base camp to explore it all. Central to Mollymook, Bendalong Conjola and National Parks. We recommend walking up the hill for sunset or sunrise pics, overlooking the horses and sheep on the neighbouring farms. It's peaceful and natural, and the frogs, birds, and wallaby viewing is all free of charge :) Campers have access to potable tank water, BBQs available in designated areas, and firewood upon request, lots to fossick for down the lower area . We are also pet-friendly, welcoming well-behaved, friendly pets. Campers need to be self-contained with their own toilet and power and take all waste when they leave (can charge items if emergency). The general camping area has firm access and good turning space for larger vans and RVs, along with more secluded spots for tents. You're welcome to choose your spot on arrival from the general camping areas. There is an additional two acres of forest camping area down the steep gravel road for AWD rigid vehicles or 4WD with small vans or trailers. (traction and causeway to cross to get into this section, so no big vans).

Great Location! Some Road Noise
This campground was understandably a bit crowded during the Easter long weekend. Thankfully, the location is very central and convenient. We arrived early and secured a great spot at the bottom of the property. It was spacious and pleasant down there. However, the upper section seemed less appealing with tightly packed campsites and sloping ground. If you can snag a spot at the bottom, I'd recommend staying here, but be aware there's a moderate amount of road noise at night.

Expensive for what you got
For the price of $65 per night it was ordinary. No level sites, fair amount of road noise. The good it was close to some beaches we wanted to visit. We think it was expensive for what you got.

Nice site
A very convenient site for Milton and Mollymook. Beautiful bush surrounds, and fire pits. We camped in the lower section and this was well protected by weather and hid the noise of the road. A little difficult to find a flat camping site, if it is well populated.

The lower ground camping area is very private an scenic amongst the trees and the babbling brook. There is a steep sloping road which is definitely awd or 4wd necessary. So quite. And only 10-15 minutes to the sea. We enjoyed every minute.

Awesome bit of land to roll out the swag and have a fire Under the star surrounded by nothing but trees! Definitely worth the visit!
