Totally TENTacular!
We stayed in Kintellico for 2 nights over the long weekend, and I really loved this place. What I enjoyed most was the location – it's away from the noisy city, surrounded by wild nature, but just a 6-minute drive to Woolworths and coffee shops. I even drove to get coffee along quiet, beautiful roads before 8 am! It's also close (just a 15-20 minute drive) to ocean beaches and Newcastle. So, the location is perfect.
The campsite is quite spacious, yet there weren’t too many other campers, so it wasn’t noisy or crowded. We had the opportunity to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. The camp has gates that are always closed, and you need to ring the bell to get in, so you can leave your belongings behind and explore nearby places. The closed gates also gave me a sense of security.
The place feels environmentally friendly, with features like a sustainable toilet and tropical showers. At the same time, you can enjoy a warm shower and use the dishwasher sink with hot water. In fact, washing dishes was the best experience I've had because of the stunning view from the "sink point."
I'd also like to mention that this place has an artistic vibe. It's very calm and beautiful.

Additionally, when I asked my 8-year-old daughter what she liked most about the campsite, she said it was the welcoming hosts and their friendly dogs, who y

RV FANTASY
A fine campground if you’re self-sufficient and don’t plan on going in and out too much. There’s a gate that you need to buzz to get in. Host was quick to let us in both times.
It felt deserted—didn’t see anyone else despite multiple caravans around. Compost toilet was messy with clogged urine catch, shower was very DIY without much privacy, outdoor kitchen sink had no pipe attached to drain so water went straight onto the ground.
