Primitive camping
Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Ginan Park is a small farm in the coastal hills above Broulee and Mogo. Nestled between the Clyde and Buckenbowra rivers, surrounded by State Forest, this is the perfect spot to get away from the crowds. Enjoy trips to the beach at Broulee, Mossy Point, and Malua Bay, the shopping and Zoo in Mogo, the Markets on Tuesday and Saturday in Moruya, or the modern amenities like Coles and Kmart in Batemans Bay. Everything you need is within 30 minutes or less. No facilities, so all campers need to be fully self-contained with their own camp toilet, and we kindly ask they take all waste when they leave. Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be on a lead to prevent harm to our livestock. Horses can be agisted if booked upfront, or you can bring your own temporary fencing. This site has a large concrete pad from the former house, suitable for caravans and motorhomes, with plenty of space to pitch tents for other group members. There are great views of the large dam and the surrounding forest. Easy access to the pad by car. The pad size means almost any size caravan or RV will fit (approx 20 metres in width). You'll have total privacy. We only accept one booking at a time at this group site, meaning you'll have the area all to yourselves. Note: Dam water is not drinkable.

Was absolutely amazing, very big and spacious also close to Batemans bay. If you have like a big group would definitely recommend coming to this spot and very reasonably priced. Would 100% go there again.

Was nice to take a break if you like bush camping shame the scrub wasnt maintained like the pictures showed and no views of dam had to walk to find it and couldn't seem to access river nearby due to all being someones property. Otherwise peaceful

Nice and private, beautiful trees and a couple of cute dogs that greeted us upon entry and as we left.

Overgrown and not as photos
Long drive down dirt road that we unaware of and this being our maiden voyage in new van we were not impressed. Signage very poor from the direction we approached (sign was only one sided as we found out after turning around and coming back). The drive into the site was overgrown and scraped up the side of our car and van. Site did not look like the pictures and I know snakes are in the bush however there was a brown snake sleeping right on our site. Not good with two dogs. We did not stay.

We didn’t spend much time here as it was an overnight stop for us, but the land is beautifully set in the woods! The only thing I would change is how unclear the directions were to get there.
