A private residence with amazing frontage of the Spokane River—where River turns and bends. Below the damn and very private. In town but country feeling. Great hiking, swimming, kayaking. Learn more about this land: 17 acres on the Spokane River with over 200 feet of river frontage. Fishing, hiking, "floating the river", kayaking and a wonderful safe swimming hole.  Adjacent to Coeur d'Alene in lovely Post Falls ID.   We are below the Post Falls Dam for privacy and seclusion from the loud noise, crowds and boats above the damn.  Our home is on a bluff overlooking the river and the campsite (approx 150-200ft distance).  Ideal location-- in town yet in a quiet country setting. No loud music or aggressive dogs.  Please contact us with any questions or needs.

Exceeded our Expectations! Arrived late & our gracious hosts, Jennifer & Mike where there to help with any of our needs setting up. The space is on the river with an amazing private swimming hole for those hot summer days, bird lovers paradise, fire pit, RV water but no electric at this time, (they are working on it). We will be back its our new 'go to' & hope it can be yours to.
