Earn this patch by being the first to spend a night outside at a new Hipcamp.

Driftwood has been providing beachfront boutique accommodation for 23 years, we have now opened 4 stunning private sites to self contained RV’s. Each site has a fire pit, dry wood and marshmallows! We have wild Kiwi roaming and you are likely to have a visit from one! The private beach is yours to enjoy , as is our extensive herb garden and veggies in season. Driftwood is about sharing this extraordinary land in the Bay of Islands with fellow travelers. We have forest, lawn and bush park ups. Sadly due to Kiwi we can host doggy visitors. The last 15 mins of the drive from KerikerI is on a well formed gravel road. Bring supplies! No one ever wants to leave to go to the supermarket. We have oodles of delicious Artisan well water to top up your tanks!

Lots of space to set yourself up! Choice of many sites on this lawn, some with seaviews. Get comfortable in your best position! There is a driveway to the beach nearby which we use by foot and occasionally to launch our boat.
