Perfect spot for viewing the sky
The hosts were gracious and brought stones/firewood for us to build a campfire. They were accommodating with all our requests. Their land is beautiful -- low hilly grassy land, trees on the perimeter -- it was the perfect spot to observe the solar eclipse! A big plus - very dog friendly!

Perfect Eclipse Spot
Our host, Makaela was so friendly and responsive! The property was beautiful and perfect for the eclipse, with some woody areas, plenty of firewood, and lots of wide-open fields. This is not a traditional camp site, so before you book, ask if they are currently hosting. Mikaela was happy to answer all of our questions, and we had a lovely time!

A Wonderful Stay
Makaela was a wonderful host and her property is a dream. Arrival was easy, gentle assistance was provided when needed, and the field had plenty of room to spread out. Our dogs thoroughly enjoyed spending time there as well. It was a joy to watch them run around and chase sticks. It was quiet, safe, and beautiful. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay. Great hosts. Great crowd. Great weather. I believe it was only going to be open for the eclipse but if it ever opened up again, would recommend.
