Havenwood Tent Site in the Trees
Alan and Susan were great hosts. His directions for finding the spot were easy to follow, they left us firewood to use, and the bathroom was clean and stocked. Super kind, friendly folks with a beautiful property, perfect for passing through or relaxing for a few days.

Beautiful setting with a perfect lawn! A well thought out fire pit and eating area. A very nice grove of trees and beautiful scenery all around. Incredibly quiet. One of the nicest places I've stayed. We'll be back when passing through the area.

Early season in the pop up
Alan and his wife were great hosts and have a great place to stay. This was an early season trip before the parks open and close to home to test out our new pop up camper. This was the perfect spot, easy to get to and quiet country setting. My wife and I and our dog were the only ones there but there were other sites scattered around his property mixed in the poplar trees. Great views all around of wide open country with the sounds of wildlife and farm animals. There is a path around the property line following the canal and plenty of grass throughout. Great place to stay.

Havenwood Tent Site in the Trees
Alan was friendly and had the camp clean and ready for use. The current shop toilet and sink setup was great. Much better than portable.

Havenwood Tent Site in the Trees
The camping area was very clean and well equipped, firewood already in place :). The hosts were very nice and helpful. The campsite was quiet and peaceful. We felt very safe. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding farm country.
