Sarabah is a 300 acre working cattle property located along the upper reaches of the pristine Canungra Creek and in the foothills of the Lamington National Park. Access is possible in 2WD in fine weather but 4WD will be needed in wet weather. Guests must be fully self-contained including toilet and drinking water - no facilities provided. We ask for minimal impact - removal of all waste and rubbish is the guest's responsibility. Dogs are permitted but must be under control at all times. Open fires permitted only in fire pits provided - subject to local restrictions when applicable. Firewood is available and delivered to your campsite. Please message Steve 48 hours prior to arrival if you would like firewood. We currently have 8 campsites that can be booked: The Campground (site 1), The Secret Spot (site 2), The Picnic Ground (site 3), The Overflow (site 4), The Rock Shelf (site 5), The Nook (site 6), The Paddock (site 7) and The Cranny (site 8). All sites have creek frontage and are private and a reasonable distance away from other sites. Note: vehicles, camper trailers, caravans and toilets are not to be set up within 10m of the creek as per local government by-laws. When booking, select one of these 8 sites and you will have exclusive use of that site for your stay. Please note that the price is per person and all guests must be included when booking. Bookings can be altered (guests added and deleted) by the person making the booking and it is their responsibility to collect payment from others for whom they have booked and paid. Please ensure you check the specific directions to your site in "My Trips" (in your profile area) when you have a confirmed booking.

The Picnic Ground
It was a great experience to Stay at Steve's property. So open and well maintained. Bonus to have such an interaction with the inquisitive cattle sharing the space. Can't wait for another night by the fire here.

The Secret Spot Sarabah Camping
Perfect escape
Tucked in between the hills with a Freshwater flowing creek surrounded by lush green grass and hills. Has a bit of everything. An accommodating stay, 15 min drive from civilitisation if supplies are needed, perfect little stay.

The Picnic Ground
Quiet camping. When we arrived there were a dozen cows on the area. Bring a spade. I spent the first 20 min shift the cows dung as many flies around them. . Yes it is a working farm but I’m not sure if is the usual or whether the cows accidentally got into this area.prior to use arriving . It was peaceful.
