Large spots, open farm-ish land not perfectly level, yet fairly flat land and it comes with plenty of peace & privacy. Generators, ATVs, 420 & music are all welcome. No water, power or firewood is available on site. All basic services are available in Joussard, including laundry, Campground washrooms, dump stations, water tank and jug fill up, gas station w/diesel, convenience stores, playgrounds, firewood for sale, a harbour and "Alberta's Largest Marina" plus forests, backroads and open woods and a little sand for you to enjoy a walk, bike ride or quad through. All other amenities and activities are 15-30 minutes away including grocery stores, liquor stores, smoke shops, restaurants, auto shops, provincial parks, etc.  Convenience meets country here.
