Jury Road Farm Stay has spectacular views of Kennedy Bay, Lake Albert and The Coorong and is a private retreat for guests travelling to both the Coorong and the SA Motorsport Park, #TheBend.From your camp you will be able to enjoy stellar views with big skies and colourful, dreamy sunsets. There is lots of birdlife around the water's edge.  We are located only five (5) minutes from Meningie and on the doorstep of the Coorong National Park, this is the perfect place to plan your exploration of the iconic Coorong wetlands and sanctuary.Jury Road Farm Stay at Jury Road, Meningie is suitable for self contained campers. You will need to bring your own camping toilet/shower, and drinking water.Pets welcome. Campfires permitted when restrictions aren't in place (usually between October - April).

Our property is located in the rocky outcrops of the Bremer
Ranges and is
on the Bremer River in Rockleigh.
This site was once a overnight yard for the sheep farmers who were passing through the area.

We have three separate locations for campers to choose from. The Gums-
surrounded by small gum trees right near the Bremer River. The Carob- this site is situated
further back from the river and is surrounded by mulberry trees. Lastly we have The Sticks- this site is behind the scrubby bushed and
requires tight access and is more suited to tents and swags.

The decent into camp is quite narrow and steep so please drive carefully.

We are 45 minute drive
from the Lavender Federation Trail which is a popular walking track in the region.

We are only 30 minutes drive from
Monarto Conservation Park
which is a popular spot for walking trails and picnics. Monarto is also home to a Safari Park which is the largest Safari Park in Australia and home to lots of interesting animals.

We have a toilet available but please BYO toilet paper. From the 15th April fire are allowed. & portable firepits are available for your use Sorry, not pets.

This spot is so beautiful to sit by & even throw in a yabby net when the season is right.  The river is sometime dry depending on how much rain we have had

The Bremer River is a lovely spot to chill out & relax

Not as much water in this waterhole when the level gets lower but still such a pretty spot

Harry’s Rockleigh Bush Camp

Enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Harry's Rockleigh Bush Camp. The campsites are on lovely flat camping areas amongst native trees, overlooking adjacent fields. Enjoy bird watching or walking part of the Lavender Trail which passes near camp. Relax at the communal campfire (depending on fire regulations). Sit back and listen to live music when available. There are two camping areas, both offering an enormous amount of space, and great sunrises. We have available bush toilets, showers and a camp kitchen with gas BBQ. Pets welcome. The property is around an hour out of Adelaide, and Murray Bridge is less than half an hour drive away.As a bonus, a trip with Harry in his wagon drawn by his two Clydesdale horses, George and Henry can be arranged at a modest price! 

Coorong Island Retreat

Staying at the Coorong Island Retreat, you’re a guest of nature – slumbering, playing, and exploring the Murray River, Lakes and Coorong - the region embodies all of nature’s brilliance and boasts a breathtaking scenery, and remarkable Australian wildlife.

Around the property there are options to venture out on a boat,  bushwalking on nature trials, biking to Coorong, 4WD off-roading at Coorong National Park or tasting adventure at Langhorne Creek.

It is ideal for boating – it’s a fishers and birdwatchers paradise.

Coorong Island Retreat is suitable for self contained campers with their own toilet/shower facilities.

Family groups, camp fires (Fire Danger Season Restrictions Apply) and well behaved pets are welcome.

Please note, we have unfenced livestock (Sheep and Alpacas) at the property. around the camp sites.

This property is unsuitable for tents and swags as this region often gets windy. It's a rural property, expect a few prickles within the pastures.

Noorla Farm (Happy Camping Ground)



We live in a beautiful valley on 30 acres, that not many people know about. We're joined by 3 friendly dogs, 4 horses, 2 alpacas, 4 Galloway cows and chooks, along with the resident wildlife including many birds, kangaroos, koalas,  shy owls, and even an echidna! All this, plus beautiful views from atop our hills, right to the lake, and the delightful winter creek complete with frogs.  

We are close to the McLaren Vale wine region as well as wineries throughout the Hills and 35 minutes to the coast of Victor Harbor.   The Greenman Inn is 5 minutes down the road and has wonderful food from Wed to Sun if you do not feel the urge to cook with wood fires for the cold nights or a gorgeous outdoor area for the warmer months.

At present, we offer two areas for camping.  Topspot which has lovely views and is quite secluded amongst the tree tops.  This site is suitable for tents  and camper trailers (need reasonable backing skills  and 4WD) 

The Laneway which is close to the babbling creek is suitable for those with a small caravan, or motorhome, 2WD etc, along with tent campers. (but would struggle with large caravans/motorhomes - please check with hosts)

(The Lookout/Highview has spectacular views and is suitable for tents and camper trailers, accessible by low-range 4WD (or AWD if the weather is dry) - Please note this site is currently closed due to stock rotation.)
 If you have any doubts about which to book, please ask.  

AUTUMN/WINTER MONTHS:  if we receive considerable rain the trek up to the  hill sites could become slippery and not accessible as it is a farm paddock, therefore unfortunately your booking may need to be cancelled.  

NOTE: On our farm there is limited phone coverage in the valley (The Laneway) Topspot and The Lookout/Highview do have coverage.

Pets are welcome, however, please ensure they are kept under control (unless discussed with the host) at all times as we have our livestock and are surrounded by neighboring livestock, as well as the wildlife that frequently visits.

Please note: This is an active small farm, therefore work may need be continued throughout your stay possibly necessitating the use of machinery and tending to our livestock. If you wish to see some of the animals up close, please let us know and we will try to accommodate. We ask that all fires be contained within the fire pit provided and a portable toilet is available for your use.

BUSHFIRE SEASON: Wood and open fires are not permitted in the bushfire season, therefore you will not be able to use the fire pits.
