Est 1993, The Brooker's Farm Beautiful farmland with gorgeous view of the mountains. Come visit us at our Isolated farm land and get away from it all... Distant from the city lights, enjoy a night beneath the stars, feel the cool breeze and the sounds of nature as you relax. Minutes from local breweries, a cider orchard and many great restaurants! Easy access to I-25, Denver, Boulder, Loveland, Estes Park and other Colorado Front Range Locations. Beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains, and a great place to relax! Sometimes just sitting back, taking in the views and relaxing is all it takes to decompress from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The terrain is basically a flat field layout, fairly soft and sandy. We do mow the weeds weekly to keep everything in order and maintain a safe and easy to get around campground. Stretch your legs and unwind, we have plenty of room for pets to roam and play. We do recommend keeping them on a leash when possible to avoid conflict with other Hip campers that may have dogs. Walk up to the corral and visit our goats and Alpaca, they love attention and will eat all the weeds you can pull and feed to them. Dante is the Alpaca's name, Leonard and Sheldon are the energetic, crazy fun loving goats. There are also ducks free-roaming and quacking around the farm if you happen to see them. There are fire-pits around the sites, please feel free to grab one and use it. We have firewood for sale for $5 per bundle if needed. ALL SITES have great cell service (Tmobile, AT&T, Verizon & others) and free WIFI. TV reception is pretty good if you point your antenna to Lookout Mountain for all the digital channels, WiFi is great and can be used anywhere on the property. Fresh, clean & cold well water available at the front of the farmhouse and a clean, well lighted porta-potty available for campers east of the big red barn. No sewer, RV dump or electric available onsite. Trash dumpster is located at the front of the property by the road. Generators are welcome, just please be considerate of your neighbors. Quiet time is from 10 PM to 6AM Daily. We have a small supply of camping necessities, a 'virtual camp store' if you will. You forgot a toothbrush, need shampoo, a can opener, need some tin foil, or any of the basic necessities, we most likely have it free of charge. We will deliver it right out to you at your campsite. Local destinations: Denver 32 miles, Boulder 26 miles, Estes park 44 miles, Fort Collins 39 miles, Central City 61 miles, Longmont 7 miles. Notice: Per Colorado state law there is a 14 day maximum stay allowed per any 30 day period. This may be 14 consecutive days or 14 days spread throughout the 30 days. We DO NOT offer long term or permanent camping.

Cheap and OK
'Wi-Fi covers entire property' definitely not true. Not even halfway. I was never able to use it. T-Mobile signal was spotty enough that hotspot tethering never worked more than 5 mins at a time. Another camper had a loud generator, sometimes ran all night. I asked Tad to have them shut it off, but he refused. Should have a rule for running loud generators only during the day, and only super quiet ones at night. It was cool hearing the coyotes howl!

Tad is Rad!
Love the place. Everyone was super friendly around me. Dog got to run freely, & Tad seemed like a really awesome guy. Couldn't have been happier with staying there.
