Pinegrove is a small property of 107 acres nestled in the forest away from traffic and suburbia, 14 kilometers off the Brookton Highway. We run Merino sheep and have pure bred Border Collies for sheep dog trialing. It's a natural bush block with cleared areas. We welcome campers and people wanting to park their caravan or RV. Campfires are permitted (except when fire bans are on). Free firewood to collect. THE TOILET IS LIMITED FOR NOW. Water is a bit short until it rains. We appreciate campers to be self contained if possible. Well behaved dogs are welcome, they should be on a lead if coming anywhere near the sheep or Homestead please. There are no swimming spots at our place, there is a pool in town which is 30 minutes away. There is plenty to see and do in the area such as Boyagin Rock you can climb, we are only 30 minutes from Brookton, 40 minutes from Beverley and about 45 minutes from York. You are also are welcome to watch host Ivan training the sheepdogs!

Off grid perfection ⛺️
I recently had the pleasure of camping at a beautiful spot just two hours outside of Perth. From the moment we arrived, the owners warmly welcomed us and made us feel right at home. The property itself was stunning, with ample space to set up camp and explore the natural surroundings. Being off the grid added to the charm, allowing us to truly disconnect and immerse ourselves in nature. Despite the remote location, the owners went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing a toilet and even sharing some local tips for outdoor adventures. After a peaceful night under the stars, we woke up feeling incredibly rested and rejuvenated. I would highly recommend this camping spot to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway in Western Australia. The warm hospitality, stunning scenery, and restorative experience make it a must-visit destination for nature lovers.

I loved the camping at this camping site in Margery and Ivan's land. The view was stunning. The place was quiet and the open pace was just fantastic. Will definitely want to come back again and already recommended to my friends. Love it.

Return campers to this spot, really pretty outlook. Lots of space, you can’t see your neighbours, and barely hear them. The sheep like to check you out from a distance, and it’s fun watching Ivan train the dogs. Will definitely be back.

Site 1 - The Hill Top(Unpowered)
Our family stayed at site 1, propped up on top of the hill, stunning views… as others have mentioned the night sky is to die for. Make sure to bring bug spray though. Inevitable that they were attracted to our lights…our trip was cut short due to an ant bite on one of our pups. Margery didn’t have to but she refunded us a night, much appreciated. Can only imagine how beautiful it would be when it’s cooler and be sitting around a fire. Would def recommend and return. Thanks Ivan and Marge for being great hosts and letting us experience your property.
