Truffle Tryst Farm

Welcome to your campsite nestled in a mostly wooded property, situated between timber lands and the Siuslaw National Forest. We offer a few open field areas suitable for camping, providing support for vehicles when dry, as well as areas nestled between Douglas Fir trees. Our modern double restroom features flush toilets, potable water, a hot shower for your comfort and is ADA compliant. Towels and washcloths are available. While this is a working farm with minimal resources, we strive to offer an authentic and enjoyable camping experience. Due to winter weather events, particularly an ice storm, our property has debris from downed trees and limbs. While the main field remains as pristine as a forest field can, other areas of the property will have visible debris that you may need to navigate when wandering around. Also be aware that we are in a remote area and the nearest town is a half hour away over gravel roads towards the Coast, and about an hour away towards the Valley. Explore our small aquaponics system, which has been running for over ten years and which now houses sunfish, koi, and bass. We have a number of seed starts maturing in the aqua house as well. We have occasional visits from elk, deer, bobcats, coyotes, bears, and mountain lions. Our year-round stream hosts salmon spawning annually, and nearby, you'll find a large swimming hole for relaxation. Adjacent to our property, the legacy Glenwood Cemetery adds to the serene atmosphere. Enjoy stunning sunrise or sunset views from Table Mountain just a couple of miles away. Please be aware that our property borders a timber company, so access to certain areas may vary, especially during active logging hours, although currently (5/24) it is very quiet. Ayers Lake, located a bit past the Table Mountain turnoff, is a secluded spot for trout fishing. For outdoor enthusiasts, the new C2C trail (Corvallis to Coast) crosses our road just over two miles above us, offering opportunities for short hikes or bike rides. While we offer lots of peace and quiet, please plan accordingly as we are fairly distant from many of the closest populated areas. Note that a portion of your journey to our property may lack cell coverage, but we provide a reliable satellite connection for your communication needs once you arrive.

We've opened up a bigger space to the creek and going to Make bigger and better ponds and swimming holes. It's much needed. Thank you having patience with us as we are making improvements. It will make camping experience more enjoyable as well for the future. Also, We are putting up a 20' Tipi this weekend and we plan on fixing up the inside proper and will be renting it out to those interested in sleeping in a Tipi. It will most likely sleep 6-8 depending on bedding I can fit inside. Until then I'm happy to rent it out empty like a big tent. Sleeping 6-8 but you will need to bring your own cots, bedding etc. Just text me for details. We have 2 year round running creeks and 3 beautiful forests. We are a work in progress, but we have a year-round working farm. We grow our own food, flowers and animals. We are currently working on a big outdoor kitchen, where we will have pizza ovens, canning facilities and a beautiful place to gather in the woods. Again still a work in progress. Some spots have fire pits. Again depending on time of year and heat conditions. Because we have so many trees, we have to make sure no fires are to close to any tree's. Again, please Ask before burning. No random burning unless oked by land owners. Thank you for for helping to keep everyone safe. We have numerous ponds throughout the property and swimming holes. We turned the 4 stall barn into a music room where we gather and host events. Soon we will have designated Spots, equipped with fire rings. We will have teepees, tree houses, glamping tents. As of now we have room for numerous big groups spots for tent camping. Soon we’ll have plug-ins for RV and fifth wheel travelers. We have alot of space to camp and still have your privacy. Currently we have an out house and hose shower and you can also use the potty Under the Star's. We provide Toilet paper and try to keep stocked but, just ask if outhouses are out of paper. There are lovely walking trails throughout the property and tranquil sitting areas. We will update our progress as it happens. Hope to see you soon.. Remember to bring your own cooking equipment like grills. There's a cleaning station near shower. Water is straight from the well and beautiful drinking water. Aloha Remember, Pack in Pack out any and all trash. Also please Use designated compost areas of only compostable foods. No Meats or meat grease. Woodland Hills Ranch

We are located on what used to be one of the stagecoach stops on the Applegate Trail. There is an ancient tree that was if the oral story of the land is accurate, the Trading tree. It was the place where swap meets between the local native tribes would gather and bring their firs, and other goods to trade with the white traders of the time. It's a peaceful place to be, the property backs up to timber property. It feels more isolated than it is. The nearest neighbor is 1/4 mile away. Learn more about this land:You can pitch a tent in the middle of 80 acres and feel totally isolated. Wr have a camping area on the front half of the property. Because of storm damage, there's a lot of downed trees and broken limbs further into the land. We are trying to get the land under control but it is slow going. You are welcome to drive up on the dirt road and a quad could be used but there are no riding trails.

River View

Glenada was incorporated in 1912 and disincorporated in 1922 after the town's sawmills burned. This side of the river was pretty bustling before the Siuslaw bridge was built in 1936, being quite a transformative event considering the ferry from Glenada to Florence was the main way across the river. River View is located up on Glenada mountain, on the upper level of our three-acre lot. We have a free-range farm atmosphere, with 2 children, 2 large dogs, a cat, and 12 chickens. We allow Hip Campers to bring animals on the property with the understanding that they are good around children and other animals, as our kids and pets are often running around the land. We have firewood bundles and farm-fresh eggs available for additional fees. THERE IS NO TOILET on the property. This is not a tent camping site unless you have your own porta-potty set up. This is a beautiful rustic property close enough to Hwy 101 to be convenient but far enough away to enjoy all the wildlife the Siuslaw River has to offer. Bird watching at its finest! Not to mention the view of Old Town! Learn more about this land: River View is located on the upper level of our three-acre lot. We have a free-range farm atmosphere. We have 2 children, 2 large dogs, a cat, and 12 chickens. We allow Hip Campers to bring animals on the property with the understanding that they are good around children and other animals, as our kids and pets are often running around the land just below the campsite. We offer firewood bundles and farm-fresh chicken eggs for an additional fee. THERE IS NO TOILET on the property. This is not a tent camping site unless you have your own porta-potty set up. This little slice of rugged heaven is just above the Siuslaw River and right off of Hwy 101. There is a steep gravel driveway but once at the top, it is flat and the view is pretty amazing. From camp, you can see Old Town. Gaze down at the Siuslaw River and all the wildlife that comes with it! We regularly see deer, red tail hawks, ospreys, and bald eagles. We have also had a bear that passes through, so beware of leaving food out. There are plenty of places to hike and visit nearby dunes, rivers, lakes, parks, and the ocean. Enjoy Florence's amazing food (ask the host for her favorites). Walk down to Old Town for dinner or bring back take-out and eat it in the tiny house (no electricity or running water). Take a short walk to Pricket state park for clamming or just relax with a book and feel the breeze off the river. Whatever you enjoy, we’re sure you can find something close by! No bathroom or running water but there are 2 electrical plugs (110V and 220V) available.

Upriver Paradise-Private group site

The Upriver Paradise site is a private, gated RV campground for you and your guests to enjoy. It is an approximately 1/2 acre site that is gated for privacy and security. Included are two RV sites with 50, 30, and 20-amp outlets, water and WIFI. No Septic on site but there is a dump station less than a mile away. There is also a portable toilet on site for your use during your stay. Upon request, we can accommodate additional RV sites if needed, with the same amenities as above, for an additional fee. Located just on the edge of McKenzie Bridge, Oregon. The site is on the McKenzie River with 150 ft. of riverbank to enjoy and explore. It is forested and beautiful with many spectacular views with seating available to relax and enjoy the wildlife, sights and sounds. This space has everything you need to relax and unwind in the privacy of the woods while also being centrally located to explore and experience the beautiful McKenzie Valley with all it has to offer. The site is at the end a loop which has two Airbnb rentals and one other small house, but the spot is separate and private.

11 Mile River Camp

Welcome to the river! This beautiful 10 acre property is located on the scenic main Umpqua River. Enjoy excellent, year-round fishing, kayaking, and swimming right from your private and secluded campsite. Our property is located between 2 boat ramps which makes kayak, canoe, or raft floats a breeze. The property features beautiful, mature trees, fun bedrock to explore, and an amazing swimming hole (in the summertime when the river level is low enough). Sit at the river’s edge and enjoy the sounds of the water. Be sure to watch for soaring Eagles, jumping fish, and the occasional mink on the opposite river's edge! There are multiple wineries nearby and lots of hiking trails within a short drive. There is no cell service at the property - please plan ahead and check local burn ban policies before you go. The "owners area" camping spot is a large, graveled, gated area that has trees between the road and parking. There is a port-a-potty for use in the summer months. There is also a fire pit on the lower level overlooking the river, a hidden tree swing, and deck with picnic table. The "site 1" camping spot has a driveway that is hard-packed grass and is not gated. There is a small fire pit on the path by the river. There are areas under the trees both up top near the road and down near the path that are suitable for tents. PLEASE NOTE: This is not a fully manicured campground. There are bushes and grasses that grow year round. We do our best to keep things trimmed and accessible. Sometimes (especially in the spring) things grow more quickly than we can get to them. Please don't expect this to be a perfectly mowed, backyard-type site.

Santiam Serenity

Enjoy the calm, quiet serenity of the South Santiam River. Get back to the basics here and just relax and enjoy nature. We have a small cabin with a bunk bed, and a camping toilet is provided. Bring your tent or camper for extra room. Our campsite is nestled among the trees next to the river. There's lots to enjoy. Do you like hiking? Silver Falls State Park is only 36 miles away. Boating? You can put in your kayak/canoe at Gills Landing in Lebanon and float down the river back to the campsite. Fishing? Bring your fishing pole and try catch and release in our pond. Swimming? Take a swim in the cool water. Of course, you can just relax by the water's edge and enjoy the tranquility provided by the soothing flow of the river. This 192 sq. ft. cabin is very basic. There is no shower, but there is a portable toilet with a wash station located outside. We do provide a full 5-gallon water cooler for drinking since there is no running water. For cooking there is a 24" Blackstone 2-burner griddle, and small propane cans are provided. Also, the cabin is furnished with a small supply of pots and pans. There is a battery that provides lighting, and phone charging is available in the cabin. During the cooler months, there is a small wood stove for heating, and firewood is provided. The cabin sleeps 2, but there is room for a camper and/or tents. This campsite is meant to be very simple, so you should plan on bringing whatever you may need/want for camping.
