We cleaned up the area and remodeled the house next door and put in the 5 RV sites. We hope you enjoy this property as much as we do, it is a one-of-a-kind beautiful, quiet place. All of our sites have full hook-ups (water, sewer, and power). The sites are just a couple feet from the bay with access to miles of beach hiking. You can walk to Bottle Beach State Park which is approximately 1 mile north or hike about a mile south to Elk River. Enjoy unobstructed views of Westport and the freight ships coming into the harbor. Enjoy a peaceful beach with amazing sunsets. Whether you are surfing for the weekend or tuna-fishing, this is your go to spot - you will not be disappointed. Westport is 7 miles by car and the Westport Winery is only 5 miles. There is two nearby boat launches - one off of Elk River just 2 miles away and the other off of Johns River launch just 6 miles away. There is a small communal shack where you can prepare your meals. Fire pit available for communal use - so don't forget to bring ingredients for s'mores! Interaction with host or other guests completely up to you! Humans of all ages welcome. Once you have fully settled in - less than a min walk away there is access to a river (river showers welcome) and almost as close by you'll find the beach - surf, swim or just sit with some great views! There is a laundromat, small convenient store and gas station only 10 min away. 30 min drive in to Port Angeles where you'll find a great small town with great food, antique stores and shops. Find great breakfast at Oak Table cafe in Sequim and Chestnut Cottage Restaurant in Port Angeles are just of the great options available. Bike trails just short drives away. Lake crescent and hikes for all levels and distances all within a 45 min drive if not less! Feel free to ask for suggestions and message with any questions as well.

Calm Waters is bordered by the Bogachiel River. It is approximately 2 acres of timber and a little meadow area. On site, enjoy swimming, bird watching, eagles & sunbathing with total peace & relaxation. There are many hiking trails nearby. You can hike through our beautiful forests or take a stroll along our gorgeous beaches. There are many beaches within a short driving distance from our location, and you can take your pick of sandy shores or a little rockier shore. Plan a picnic as you watch the beautiful sunset after a day of combing the beach of all its little treasures, Seashells, rocks, and Sea-glass. Dine in at any of our local restaurants. You can take your pick, we have lots to choose from. The Hoh Rainforest is also just a short drive from our location along with many lakes and rivers. The city of Forks is located approximately 6 miles from our location. You can find a place to supply all your needs from our local grocery store " Forks Outfitters", to our pharmacy / gift store. We also have 'Native to Twilight' for all our Twilight fans, the Sasquatch and many more little shops, and restaurants. Forks is a very unique town with a population just under four thousand. For more history on our town, you can visit the timber museum and information center located is the city of Forks.

The resort offers paddle boats and kayaks for rent. (Closed for winter months) A restaurant and beautiful views of Lake Crescent await you. Hurricane Ridge visitor center is 16 miles away explore the glaciers of the Olympic mountains. Check out the Joyce General store for all your needs including wood for the fire and a laundry mat within 1 mile from the property. 2 night min stay in the RV no fireworks on property. No pets allowed in the RV RV has toilet, NO SHOWER, all bedding, comfy beds, dishes, cooking and cleaning supplies. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, 1 gallon drinking water and instant oatmeal are supplied. corn hole, charcoal bbq (not during burn ban), picnic tables, small zip line, rope swing, tire swing, port a potty, and fire pit are all in the communal area. During burn bans a propane fire (not included) is allowed in the firepit communal area only. 4 people per spot with a 5.00 charge per night for each additional up to max 6 people per site. please go to extras for the charge pick a unit per person per night. 1 car per site 5.00 charge per car per night max 2. please pay thru the extras.

Chuck Velie, (son of Gary and Beth Velie) is the great-great grandson of John Huelsdonk, more commonly known as the Iron Man of the Hoh. This property has been in the family for many many generations. It is our goal to preserve the heritage of this property while drawing tourism and helping local businesses attract customers. We believe that this is an investment in our community that rewards us today and leaves an invaluable resource for future generations. (We're in winter season and there is on going projects but the camp sites are still open for the time being) Twin Beach Campground is outside of Joyce Washington near Port Angeles in Clallam County. The camp sites are directly across the street from Twin Beach. It has 5 numbered spots available with private fire pits and picnic tables in each site for you to set up camp whether it's a tent or van/camper with picnic benches and fire pits. There is a small communal shack where you can prepare your meals. Fire pit available for communal use - so don't forget to bring ingredients for s'mores! Interaction with host or other guests completely up to you! Humans of all ages welcome. Once you have fully settled in - less than a min walk away there is access to a river (river showers welcome) and almost as close by you'll find the beach - surf, swim or just sit with some great views! There is a laundromat, small convenient store and gas station only 10 min away. 30 min drive in to Port Angeles where you'll find a great small town with great food, antique stores and shops. Find great breakfast at Oak Table cafe in Sequim and Chestnut Cottage Restaurant in Port Angeles are just of the great options available. Bike trails just short drives away. Lake crescent and hikes for all levels and distances all within a 45 min drive if not less! Feel free to ask for suggestions and message with any questions as well.

Adjacent to Olympic National Park, this is the same beach and bluff that defines Kalaloch, LaPush and and other wild Washington coastal icons. PLEASE NO FIREWORKS ON SITE OR SURROUNDING AREA. We bought this land in 2017, there were 7 derelict mobile homes on the property. We cleaned up the area and remodeled the house next door and put in the 5 RV sites. We hope you enjoy this property as much as we do, it is a one-of-a-kind beautiful, quiet place. All of our sites have full hook-ups (water, sewer, and power). The sites are just a couple feet from the bay with access to miles of beach hiking. You can walk to Bottle Beach State Park which is approximately 1 mile north or hike about a mile south to Elk River. Enjoy unobstructed views of Westport and the freight ships coming into the harbor. Enjoy a peaceful beach with amazing sunsets. Whether you are surfing for the weekend or tuna-fishing, this is your go to spot - you will not be disappointed. Westport is 7 miles by car and the Westport Winery is only 5 miles. There is two nearby boat launches - one off of Elk River just 2 miles away and the other off of Johns River launch just 6 miles away. Shangri La Push is a private property we want to share with like-minded travelers who enjoy the great outdoors of the Pacific Northwest. Traffic noise is evident from La Push Rd during peak season. Check out our 2 listings. We offer 7 individual tent sites and 5 RV sites all within the beautiful 5 acres of Alder Groves. Enjoy sparkling meadows of tall grasses and majestic fir trees. The ground is level packed dirt and light gravel for tents. Campsites/RV sites each has its own picnic table and fire ring. We have 2 hot showers, one flush toilet and 2 porta potties. We are located in the great northwest, near Forks WA, 8 miles off Highway 101 on State Highway 110 (La Push Road) 5 miles from La Push. 9 miles from Forks. Forks (made famous by author Stephanie Meyer's setting here, her internationally known vampire love-story series; Twilight.) Forks is a small, yet full-service town with banks, restaurants, post office, outfitters, guide services, hardware, hospital, pharmacy and grocery stores. Just 5 miles from the Native-American Quileute Village of La Push and their amazing beaches: First, Second, Third Beach and also nearby; Rialto Beach. Second Beach is alleged to be in the top 5 most beautiful beaches in the world. Surfing, hiking, kayaking and bird-watching are some of the many activities to enjoy in the area. Keep an eye out for the Elk herd, seen often in the area.
