Perfect place for caravans, camper trailers, rooftop tents, tents, swags, vans to various campsites.
There are horses and Scottish Highland cattle that usually greet you near the main entrance, and sheep and cattle graze the hill country and surrounds.
Plenty more for nature lovers here, including red-tailed cockatoos that flock to the gully to feed on the Marri trees, plus many other birds.
The resident Wedge-tail eagles soar above making the most of the thermals created from the hills and the local kangaroos
Dogs are welcome but must remain on leads at ALL times as this is a working farm.

Most of our powered sites are large and shaded with the few that are not shaded being complimented by views of the rolling hills. Most are also drive through sites adding to the ease of getting in and set up quickly. All sites are no more than 100m from our amenities.
Big Valley Campsite is nestled amongst the hills of our family owned working sheep farm, ten minutes south east of Margaret River.
Camp fires are prohibited in the Margaret River region between December and April, please follow any restrictions when on the property.
Your pets are welcome to join you but please notify the hosts at the time of your booking if they are travelling with you.
The farm encompasses a beautiful secret valley hidden from the outside world by natural forest. We are central to the Margaret River region and its tourist attractions.
Margaret River has plenty of wineries, breweries and restaurants to choose from. It also has arts and crafts, mountain biking, bush walking, caving, canoeing and abseiling to offer both visitors and locals a great variety of things to do.

5 beautiful acres in the Swan Valley with horses, we run a horse rehoming charity from here where all proceeds from hipcamp go to support our facility. Along with plenty of horses, you'll also see kangaroos at certain times and our pet sheep Jamima who thinks she's a horse!
A superb property with a winter creek and an open paddock where the horses live. It's very peaceful. There are only two camping sites available on this wonderful property at any time so privacy is assured.
There is also a dam on the property so please mind any children with absent swimming abilities.
Campfires are allowed during the season, and there is a toilet and shower available in the shed 100 meters from the camping area.
Smaller groups booking the campsites will have full access to the toilet and shower. Please note, however, we offer a group camping option for larger groups but those booking this option must be fully self-contained as our facilities are not enough to support a large group.
We have a strict Leave No Trace policy here, we kindly ask that you take all rubbish with you when you leave. We also ask that you please do not feed the horses.
The property is well located to access many great wineries and cafes in the famous Swan Valley area, some within walking distance.
Security here is taken care of by Mr security guard "aka" Smoky our pet dog. He's very safe and timid. If you get a pat from this boy I know you're good, so beware! We are dog friendly here, so you're welcome to bring mans best friend and we also have a secure yard to house any pets if you need a break, so long as they don't hassle the horses. We may also be able to accommodate your horse - please discuss this with us prior to booking.

Harmony Retreat

Harmony Retreat is situated on 25 acres at the foothills of the Darling Range Escarpment just 10-15 minutes from Pinjarra and Dwellingup, 7 minutes from the southwest highway, and 3 minutes from Pinjarra-Williams Road. It's an easily accessible and picturesque private property with approximately 7 acres of forest, flushing toilets, hot outdoor showers, a winter creek, a swimmable spring-fed dam, and an abundance of bird and wildlife, nestled between cattle farms in the heart of the Peel region.
There are friendly free-ranging chickens, a mischievous mini pig named Peppa (who loves pats), sheep, and family dogs on site. The owners Michelle, Troy, and Carolyne live and work onsite (this is a working farm). We are a family friendly property, so not the place to come if you intend to party.
The camping area is easily accessed by most vehicles. There are hot water outdoor showers and toilets available to use and within walking distance of each site. The dam on the property is currently unfenced and has steep sides when the water line is low, therefore this property is not recommended for those with small and wandering children. Older children will need to be supervised. Friendly dogs are welcome, however, must be kept on a leash at all times.
There are no cooking facilities available for guests at present (this could change in the next couple of months as Troy is notorious for making stuff happen lol... so when it does we'll update the information). Therefore you will need to be completely self-sufficient including washing up bucket, cooker, kettle, esky, etc, and also bringing your own drinking water as the water from the taps comes from our spring-fed dam. We do ask that you follow local fire regulations with no outdoor open flames during fire season/complete fire bans.
All rubbish and waste needs to be taken with you. However, Peppa the Pig will always appreciate your veggie scraps.
Fires are permitted in designated fire pits during fire season. Wood is available for purchase on-site from April/May to October/November. Collecting firewood from the property or forest is not permitted. Firewood Kit's can be purchased for $25 cash upon arrival. This includes firelighters, kindling and 20kg firewood at your site upon arrival ($30 if using EFTPOS to include various fees).
We also host various events such as drumming circles, retreats, and festivals throughout the year, as well as offering holistic healing sessions, private sound journey sessions and have a little shop selling journals, oracle cards, giftware, diaries, cacao, and handmade items which can be opened upon request. 3. Secluded scenic nature options (set in the Olive Grove, overlooking the wetland / plantation, at the private back-half of the property)

SAT + SUN we open up our Main Hall to campers as well (the black shed at the front of the property) - with barista made coffee available from local coffee producers ($5 donation), an extensive library with classical furniture and conservatory style gardens, we also have Award Winning Olive Oil for sale for $15 for guests, as well as various products such as organic, wild-foraged regeneratively farmed fresh eggs (you can include in your booking to have for your breaky!) and chicken meat and fresh milk from Camilla the cow! Raf + Sarah, with a 4 + 6 year old.
Sam + Cleo, with a 2 year old.
(+ Liz + Justin, with a 3 + 5 year old staying with us too!)
We have a number of friendly dogs on the farm - Henry, Max, Chopper and BeeBee who may visit you. We are pet-friendly, however your dogs / pets must be friendly too (and not roaming), and fine with wildlife / other farm animals.
Quiet camping only - no parties (unless prior arranged). Events can be catered for, however notice and agreement is required first. Excessive noise and disruption will not be tolerated otherwise. Neighbours must be respected.
Unless booking a Site with Toilet / Ablution Access - ALL visitors must be completely self-contained (BYO toilets and leave with waste, etc). There are no dump points on site, however there are some nearby in Vasse and Busselton - which are both 5-7 minute drives. Please be prepared to "LEAVE NO TRACE". Absolutely NO toilet paper in the bushes, okay.
APPROVAL REQUIRED BEFORE USING FIRES. The fire ban has now been lifted for this region, however after a prolonged drought and warm autumn / winter, we are still on high alert for fire danger and guest must discuss with us their intentions to use fire-pits / BBQs etc first.

Also if you have bikes, there is a bike trail into Bindoon from the end of Teatree Road (4.1km). This is where the Museum, Arts and Crafts centre and Men’s shed are located.
