Founded in 1798 by Josiah Brewer, the farm has served as a grist mill, chicken farm, cheese factory. We offer several types of site selection for your comfort. Choose from our private tent camping to relaxing RV sites. Our tent sites are quiet and scenic, just a quick walk down to the pond. Some of our sites you can park next to, but a few you will have to walk ~100 yards with your belongings. Tent sites have a porta-john and homemade outdoor shower for your enjoyment! Our RV sites have full hookups: water, electric and also a dump station.Once settled in, take a meandering walk through our 4 miles of walking trails or find your way down to our pond. We are a family that travels in our RV fulltime and have created this private oasis for travelers to unwind.
This location is in a quiet area in the rolling hills of Morrisville. Our property is a rolling hill with views from the top and a pond and flat area at the bottom to play. We are 5-10 minutes from a couple of small lakes for boating and fishing and 15 minutes from larger Cazenovia lake. We are also close to Delphi falls that has hiking and a really nice waterfall to visit and walk in.
There are other local parks and hiking in the area for things to do. We are only 5 minutes out of Morrisville and 15 minutes to the town of Cazenovia and Hamilton (weekend farmers markets). There are plenty of places to visit that are close including local wineries and 3 casinos within 30 minutes.

Beak and Skiff Apple Orchard is a 20 minute drive for after concert camping. Our close proximity to Syracuse and Ithaca is convenient for our guests. We lease some of our property to local farmers but otherwise the land is in a relatively natural state. We enjoy the blue birds and other wildlife, our gardens and the views, and hope you will too! Bramble Hill is also available for family and wedding related photo shoots and you'll see some of these photos that showcase the property. Please note that photos are from over the years and changes may have occurred. Feel free to ask questions about the site.

Welcome to our land. Brooks Mullahy manages Sunswick Farm’s apiary, which includes 20 bee yards and over 200 hives. A bee yard is a collection of anywhere from 4 to 21 hives in one place, and our yards are located at the farm and on private properties throughout Cayuga, Cortland, and Onondaga Counties. We are busy with our bees and at the same time want to share the wonders of our farm with folks so we are very fortunate to have our neighbors Debbie Kahl and Tracy Yardley manage the HipCamp bookings on our behalf. Debbie lives very close and will be your contact person. She will be happy to answer your questions and will meet you when you arrive and introduce you to the your camping site. Tracy will also be available to help in any way she can. It is our pleasure to host campers here. We hope you enjoy this piece of land as much as we do.

This cozy and rustic cabin rental is situated in Taberg, New York, on the edge of the beautiful Fish Creek. Close to many of Mother Nature’s gems like Oneida Lake and Lake Delta State Park, this is the ideal woodland getaway. Sleeping up to seven guests, the cabin boasts two bedrooms and one full bathroom that is fitted with a toilet, a sink, and a shower. Towels and linens are provided. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed while the loft contains two full-size beds and a partition for privacy. There is a couch in the great room that can be used for extra sleeping space if needed.
In the living room, glampers will be wowed by the beautiful wooden paneling, tall cathedral ceilings, and large glass doors that lead out to the deck. Guests will love the plush furnishing, flat-screen television, and open floor concept, allowing plenty of space for all. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent and comes with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffeepot, a refrigerator, and all of the utensils necessary for whipping up something delicious. Glampers can enjoy their meals outside at the breakfast bar and kitchen table, which seats eight in total.
Outside, guests will find a picnic table, a grill, a fire pit, and a path leading to Fish Creek where they can play, swim, go fishing, and much more. Surrounded by towering pines and peaceful views, this getaway is perfect no matter what the season.
Glampers will have access to an array of amenities to ensure their comfort. For entertainment, there is a TV, a DVD player, and a library of books, movies, and games. Outside, guests will be pleased to find both a front porch and a back deck so that they can admire the tranquil 360-degree views. The back deck and yard boast a picnic table, a charcoal grill, and a two-person swing. There is also a fire pit that comes with cookware, a separate grill, a popcorn popper, and extendable marshmallow forks. Glampers can spend their evenings gathered around the fire pit, relaxing in the Adirondack chairs, and making s'mores. A stone path leads to Fish Creek, which runs right through the property.
