Welcome to the Derby Canyon Retreat! Located just 14 miles from Leavenworth, this 6 acre private paradise is entrenched in nature. Enjoy the serene surroundings, natural setting, wooded mountain land, various and beautiful terrain surrounding this site. As of 6/10/24 this is ONE campsite available for rent. As one site it can accomodate large groups and multiple vehicles. The main area is campsite 1, there is additional parking for overflow and larger trailers on the property, what was previously referred to as campsite 2. Our well is powered by solar panels and batteries. Booking this hipcamp is supporting sustainable living and development! :D If you like nature, there are many features for you. From hiking to biking, off road access, hunting, or wildlife viewing, Derby Canyon offers it all. Enjoy a day in Leavenworth, the Wenatchee River, mountain bike trail, or a hike in the mountains. Though most of the area does not receive cell phone service (I have Verizon) we do get service at this site. Located about 5 miles off the county road, cell service will fall off for the first 4 miles, however most people will have service at the site itself. Please PRINT or DOWNLOAD the directions I will email you for OFFLINE use! For now we are offering this site as a private escape campsite to enjoy the depths of nature in a serene setting. Wood fires are not allowed but we do have a propane firepit available for use free of charge - bring your own propane!

Silver Ridge Ranch & Campground

Silver Ridge Ranch is located on 22 acres in the base of the Cascade mountains. There are 45 RV Sites, 35 tent sites, 8 lodge rooms, and horse corrals at many of the sites. Take a short day trip to Roslyn, Wa. most noted for the filming of the Northern Exposure series. Roslyn was founded in 1886 as a coal mining company town. During the 20th century, the town gradually transitioned away from coal, and today its economy is primarily based on forestry and tourism. Don't forget to visit The Roslyn Cafe and The Brick. Another fun day trip is to Snoqualmie Falls one of Washington state's most popular scenic attractions. Approximately 45 minute drive from Easton. More than 1.5 million visitors come to the Falls every year. At the falls, you will find a two-acre park, gift shop, observation deck, the Salish Lodge and the famous 270 foot waterfall.

So much for the kids to do and explore- fishing pond, canoes, jungle gym, life size chess, trails, teepee. Kevin was overly accommodating and available for any needs/ questions. Our trailer even got a flat tire the day we tried to leave and him and his friend helped us change the tire before leaving that day. We will stay here again!"
