Very quiet and peaceful. Lots of shade at the site. Host was responsive and friendly. My only complaint is that a lot of the space was very overgrown; we did not really have access to the creek or the picnic table. Overall a comfortable and nice experience.

We enjoyed having our only little slice of heaven all to ourselves. It was wonderful staying here and would definitely return next season .
We had a great time. It is very secluded. Despite multiple sites it feels very private. The tipi was great. Older reviews mention issues with it being sealed from the elements, but we had no issues. There was a little rain, and though there was some dripping from above, it was large enough that we could push the bed to the side and were able to remain dry overnight. The porta-potty is a bit of a hike from the site, but it is very clean and a great addition. If on the fence, this site is great!
Close enough from home but private enough to feel like you escaped. Had a blast but there was a couple negatives. If there’s been any rain you’re gonna need a 4x4. Very muddy to get to the site. Also the grass was up to our knees and it took a good hour for the guy to get there but then only mowed half the site so we were kinda limited to the area I paid for.

I was there for a short time but it was so beautiful and nice! I didnt see the horses til the morning (but I also got there later in the day) the site was spacious and a lot of rooom!!! And you dont see other campers lots. I definitely plan on coming back!

Peace and quiet. View was beautiful. Nice getaway spot.
I have mixed feelings and agree with some of the previous reviews. The property is beautiful with lots of shade. The horses are friendly and enjoyed watching them. The tipi is a unique design. You are exposed to weathering from the top. No grate for grill, no firewood, no running water, and the porta john is about 400-500 yards away from tipi. No host greeted us. I am glad we had great weather for this trip.
Due to the flooding my site was inaccessible. They made it right and set me up on one of their other properties high and dry. It all worked out great.

One of the best sites I’ve been too for a casual weekend even though we got rained on our group had such a fun time. Expansive trails a photogenic area and a great Teepee to boot
I had an amazing experience here! Great scenery and plenty of privacy. Was exactly what I was looking for and I will be going back again!

I would recommend the tipi site just sitting there with the camp for and then seeing the horses in the pasture. It was a great experience. I will go back and recommend to family and friends nice trails to walk to just don't forget the bug spray. Lol 😆
Thank you for sharing your lovely retreat. I spent 3 peaceful nights camped beside a little creek with a picknic table and fire pit. Each morning was filled with the sound of birds singing. Each night was ablaze with fire flies.
We had a great time on this beautiful property!
The perfect place to relax, sit by the fire, and play games. We will definitely be back!
Lovely secluded site! Easy to find and drive right in. Nice picnic table to sit at and cook. The fire pit was spacious and well contained. Had a few spots to hang a hammock. Appreciated the site was well mowed and we didn’t have to worry too much about ticks or insects. We didn’t use the Tipi but was cute for ambience. Some scrap firewood provided but I’d suggest bringing in plenty of your own. Would love to come back!

Very quiet, clean, “foresty”, plenty of wood/branches laying around. Great spot to get away for the weekend. Hosts respond quickly and the entire site leaves plenty of space to find your own spot and customize your camping layout. Definitely plan on coming back

Great site. The owners were very kind and had 3 beautiful off leash dogs. Endless firewood supplied. Two horses nearby that you could watch. Isolated campgrounds but close enough to the other sites for comfort.
This is my second time booking this spot, and it was another great stay! Don’t hesitate to book here.

Nice sites. Portajohn within reasonable distance. A good site if you want to retreat from daily life.
Stayed at site #1 and had the whole place to myself on a Friday. Beautiful property with lots of large trees and plenty of space to walk around. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with TP. Communication was lacking as I never get a message back with a question I had but overall I loved this place and will definitely be back in the future.
We had a great time at this location! We camped in the meadow by a tree. Our spot was private, and the host was very fast at responding to any questions we had.
Cant wait to go back!
A sky full of stars and a set of hammock trees were just what my soul needed. Everything was just as described and made for a wonderful strategic withdrawal into nature. Thanks!

A nice level space to set up camp that was private from the other locations. Loved the sounds of nature; bird song, rippling water, night owls and even a rare night chorus of coyotes. We were fortunate to have perfect weather.
