A very enjoyable and relaxing location. Looking forward to seeing the improvements they are making:)
Creek was beautiful and the additional effort they put in with the converted wood stoves was appreciated.
All sorts of night sounds and amazing views of the night sky. Just make sure you bring some stuff for mosquitoes.

The spots were nicely spaced so you had some privacy and there was a little stream to walk to which was nice.

My wife and I along with our old hound stayed for two nights in our pop up camper and were greeted by Randy and his wife upon check in. They were awesome and friendly and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved the 22 acre property and that all sites have an awesome woodstove! Our site had direct access to the incredible creek. Trains and cows can definitely be heard and maybe that would bother some ppl but we actually found the sounds endearing. Ed the owner also checked in several times and even gave up a baby tree to take home and plant. There were other campers around but they were respectful and weren’t too loud. Great way to spend the weekend!

Wow - first time I’ve ever used HipCamp…and it turned out great. Natalie and Randy were excellent hosts. They connected with me asap. The next day, I communicated my arrival and Randy met me at the entrance and showed me to my camp site. He explained the rules and property lines of the 22 acre property. He’s so had plenty of wood left for us for fired. We had a fire pit stove, trails, and a nice nook to ourselves. Down towards the creek there were more campers crowded, but our site was a few hundred yards away and pretty secluded - I appreciated that fact.
Great hosts, great property, however there quite a few coyotes. So, make sure you’re locking food up and have a method of protection…even just a car alarm…they will come up to the tent. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I will keep it on my bucket list for next time. Thanks for everything Natalie and Randy…my son, and I had a great time.

Room to Roam
Natalie and Randy have a beautiful, rustic property with lots of different spaces to camp! We enjoyed walking around on the various roads and checking out all the little sapling trees that have recently been planted; as well as walking down to the little creek and enjoying a fire in the beautiful old wood stove they had set up. This is a great spot for groups as they have a lot of spaces cleared out in the midst of the forest, but would also be a good spot if you want a peaceful quiet getaway with lots of room to roam!
