Great place for long term except no Sewer dump that I saw. Worked well for us.
This was a nice spot for our one night stopover on our way to BC. Super friendly and helpful family. RV spot was right on the slough. Our daughter enjoyed the goats!

This camp is in a great location—we have family in Everett and Marysville. Celise and Justin were very gracious. We got in much later than planned, and Justin helped us to guide our RV into the site. Beautiful area.

Nice spot right next to the river and in front of the large fire pit. Host was very nice and a fellow living on a yacht, named DJ, helped me find the extra hose and turn the water on for me. Also was a great help with information about the area.

This camp might be ok for RVs, but was not ideal for tent camping as there is a lot of sound and light pollution. The pricing is also a little high considering there are no bathrooms or designated sites. Overall would leave this for a quick stop while traveling vs. an extended stay if it were priced more appropriately.

More direction as to entering gate that has no trespassing posted at it. Some sort of composting toilet for campers.

Pros:
• It was only $50/night which included water and 30AMP service.
• It was at a farm and we were surrounded by bleating goats, clucking chickens, and gobbling turkeys.
Cons:
• Would have been nice to get a quick greeting from the host to direct us to our site. We let ourselves through the gate (as per the instructions) and a random helpful person came by to assist us in our spot.
• It was quiet-ish and private 80% of the time. There were the occasional loud cars driving down the street in front of the property. There was a car that was parked 10 feet from our site that left each morning around 5:30am and woke up my dogs. There were a couple of a loud diesel trucks that drove by our site a few times.
• The cleanliness/upkeep of the campsite left much to be desired. Lots of tall weeds plus a large hole dug at a water main.
• A few times a small loose chihuahua ran up toward our site to bark at us and urinate at our camper.
• There may be someone living in one of the boats along the river. Our site was directly in front of the gate to the dock. It was quite unnerving to find a person walking around our campsite at 10 o'clock at night.
Other notes: The white vinyl picket fence no longer exists as shown in the pictures and mentioned in the instructions at the time of our visit. The dock is partially sinking so walk at your own risk.

Great little spot next to the river. Super quite and I was greeted at the front gate.

We enjoyed our stay here and the host and her family were so friendly and welcoming. I think a few improvements however are needed . The electrical and water were overgrown. All in all it was a convenient spot to stop and the farm animals were charming.

Exactly as described. Primitive campsite (time to try out that new potty bucket you have) in a very quiet and private corner of the property with plenty of space for multiple tents or vans (I have a tent off the back of my hatchback). It’s minutes from the highway and the town of Everett. Bonus was waking to the birds singing and the soft sound of a crew boat training on the slough next to the property. I wasn’t there much in my 2 night stay as I had family gatherings to attend and it worked for my needs. Come prepared, be self sufficient and enjoy the peace and quiet with quick access to the cities.

Fantastic location!
Celine’s property is right on the river. Great kayaking (though the stairs to the dock are narrow and steep) and you are surrounded by beautiful farmland.

Justin and Celise were amazing hosts. It was a perfect location for our first time using hipcamp. We enjoyed the farm fresh eggs. We will be back! ~Mark and Kim
Everything was perfect. So quiet. We did the farm tour and it was very nice. I would love to stay here again.
Fyi. Uber would not pick up from here but a taxi service would and took us to the light rail train and then we told him when we would be coming back and he picked us to return to the hipcamp.

Overall, we enjoyed a tranquil “no frills” weekend. I would only recommend RV/Tavel Trailer Site 1. The other sites were awful, amongst “junk” all along the river and the boathouse. The one site that offered power was just squeezed in in front of the boat storage building. There were loud boats coming and going. One huge boat parked right in front for the last two days. The tent site (close to the animals) was amongst old boats that look like they have been “stored” there for years, covered with tarps. The tent site way on the other side (East of the boathouse) was only a huge grassy lot with one small bench and a fire pit. The people there were kind of confused (like us). There were no views of the “river” AKA: Slough. There was no visible view of the water, nor the horses. If you stepped through a very overgrown “path” you could see the water. There was no access near us that we could find. We could hear the horses, but could only see them slightly through small openings behind the overgrown trees and tall grass.
The campers next to us left the first morning, it had rained all night. Their puppy was able to romp around freely, but the lot was full of deer poop that the dog rolled in.
This was our first Hipcamp experience.
My expectations fell short. We had no contact from the host. She walked by to to deliver eggs to the campers next to us. I thought she was coming to welcome us. Suggest a picnic table and signs on each camp site. Maybe a greeting or welcome.
This was a wonderful spot next to the farm and river! It was spacious and very peaceful. We will be going back again for sure!

Overall was a fun experience at this place. We went when it was pretty hot so a little more shade would have been nice but was still a lot of fun. My girlfriend really enjoyed being able to see the horses in the pasture not more then 150 feet away from the site. Would stay here again any day of the week!!!
This family was one of the best we've had on our travels. Extremely courteous and inviting while being respectful of our space. They invited us to meet the animals on the farm! We got to pet the baby geese, feed the alpacas, and even get a dozen farm fresh eggs.
We were there about 2 weeks. We were pulling an 18ft teardrop camper (30amp elec). No dump station.
For a small camper or tent camping, I highly recommend checking these folks out. You'll have a good time!

Great stay. We loved the animals and the hospitality of the hosts. The RV site is located right at the boat house by the river with electricity and water hook-ups. Kayaks available for use and a nice seating around around a fire ring. Would stay again!
Beautiful farm and nice campsite. Flat, grassy and perfect for a camper. I had a rooftop tent on my truck with everything you need to camp in a remote setting. Celise and her husband were very nice and accommodating. Me and my son camped one night at the farm. The site was up on the hill down the road from the farm. It was very private. We also purchased the farm tour and that was really cool. We saw goats, lamas, chicken, baby goslings, and a rabbit. The kids at the farm were super cool. It was great and I would definitely go back again.
Clean and safe environment to camp in. Nice and quiet as well. Definitely would stay again!

Very nice host with a sweet family and nice farm!
This place is as good as it gets in my opinion. I was very happy and pleased with many little surprises during our stay. The Rv spot parallels the snohomish river and sits next to a great fire pit with lots of gathering space & BBQ. There are other people who park nearby but they seem to keep to themselves and are rarely seen. We were greeted by a mama goat and who two kids the first morning and oh my gosh!!! I was stuck, from that point on I didn’t want to leave-ever! You might need an adapter for your RV-we did so we didn’t Horace power for the first couple days, but made it work. This place is a beauty- torrential downpour for 3-straight nights could not faze the beauty and serenity of this perfect little homestead; trails laced the river, huge willow trees, suburban rolling hills-Alpacas-Horses-&Goats-oh my!! Chickens, geese, cats and dogs! They had it all- coupled with a impeccably manicured garden vegetable and flower garden. We have a huge 40’ fifth wheel and are very much rookies to this lifestyle. It did take my boo about 45 minutes to get in the main gain and up to the rv spot as he didn’t want to damage any property. (ours and there’s) coming out was much easier. Thank you again for your patience with us leaving and the time we took to get out of there! We most definitely would love to come back!
