Site 7 - Forest Overlooking River
Great little secluded camping spot on the river. It was out of the way and had plenty of privacy. Good amount of hiking territory too! Hosts were very kind and accomodating!

Double-booked and still great!
Pauline is a wonderful host. Her property is gorgeous. She is helpful and also doesn't hover. The only reason I would give 4/5 stars instead of 5/5 is because the site we booked was double-booked so we had to stay in a different spot the first night and move for the second night. We were only there for 2 nights.

Back to Basics!
We enjoyed our little escape while visiting Forest Overlooking River. Pauline was soooo accommodating. She also had so many recommendations for things to do all over the U.P. The campsites are very basic. Just come prepared! If you are looking to unplug and escape this is your place to stay!

Site 3 - Forest Overlooking River
Get back to nature uner the stars!
We had a wonderful stay at our first ever Hipcamp and our hosts Pauline and Wes were very friendly and responsive to any needs we could have possibly imagined while on our camping adventure! The site was huge and the river was just a few feet from our door so that was really beautiful. Pauline was a great communicator about what we could expect and really made us very pleased we picked Forest Overlooking River! A great location in the U.P. for all of the sights we were eager to visit. I would recommend this Hipcamp location for anyone who loves nature, room to breathe and a clean, wide and full sun campsite. We would definitely come back again!

This site is totally amazing. Pauline is very accommodating. I highly recommend to everyone. I will back for sure. The pictures on the list does it no justice. It is a beautiful site!!!
