Pitch up and relax in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside at High Lodge Farm, Culham. Our family and dog-friendly pop-up campsite is open throughout July and August, with spacious pitches available to book online. Surrounded by rolling fields, meadows, and mature woodland, High Lodge Farm offers a tranquil, back-to-basics camping experience, perfect for short breaks under the stars. The farm borders the River Thames and boasts spectacular sunset views over medieval Abingdon, widely regarded as England’s oldest town. Easily accessible by car via the M4 and M40 (both 30 minutes), or by train with Didcot Parkway just 20 minutes away and Culham only 5 minutes, our campsite provides the perfect rural escape without sacrificing convenience.Large grass dog-friendly tent pitch at High Lodge Farm, overlooking historic Abingdon-on-Thames. Perfect for families and groups of up to 8 who want to relax and play. Set on our peaceful 400-acre working farm with beautiful river views, spectacular sunsets, hot outdoor showers (small charge) and fire-pits for hire. Guests also have access to portable toilets, cold-water washing up station, book exchange and communal games area (table-tennis, badminton and straw bales). Made up of rolling fields, meadows and mature woodland, with sign-posted dog-friendl y farm walkies, this back to basics site feels a world away from urban life and is a great place to enjoy a mini break under the stars. Barbecues are permitted if raised off the ground (no disposable barbecues, please). Fire-pit hire is subject to availability, and logs are available to purchase between 4pm and 7pm.
