The Cider Barn self catering holiday cottage has a bright, sunny open plan living room, dining room and luxury fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and double oven cooker. Solid oak worktops with a beautiful inset porcelain sink and retro style fridge freezer all add to the charm and a solid oak floor with under floor heating ensures warmth and cosiness all year round. The lounge area has two 3 seater sofas on which to stretch out in comfort. This bright and spacious room has south facing double doors leading onto a private patio with comfy chairs and a table and parasol from which to enjoy the pretty views along an old cart track and into the field beyond. Two shallow steps lead from the kitchen area up to to the ground floor bedrooms, one with a king size brass bed and ensuite bathroom with separate bath and shower and the other with a superking or optional twin beds and a separate shower room.

The living accommodation in Granary Cottage is on the first floor and is open plan, the lounge area has a traditional 3 seater sofa and there is a well equipped kitchen. This has new solid oak worktops with porcelain inset sink, dishwasher, double oven cooker, fridge (with freezer compartment) and microwave oven. A washing machine and extra freezer space is also available in the information room. Double doors lead from the living area out onto a private sunny balcony with chairs and a table overlooking a garden area, perfect for a relaxing breakfast. An ancient oak tree stands to the north of the balcony, from which the birds sing all day and an owl sometimes perches and hoots at night. Wooden steps also lead from here down to your private car parking. Downstairs is the bedroom with a comfortable superking size bed, which can become twins if required, fitted carpet and an en suite bathroom with bath and separate powerful shower.

'The ground floor has a new fitted kitchen with sold oak worktops and porcelain inset sink, double oven cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freeze, microwave oven and a dining area with antique pine dresser. There is a separate lounge from which double doors lead out to a private garden with table and chairs overlooking the meadow.. Also on the ground floor is a shower room with toilet and basin. Upstairs has a king size bedroom with views across a meadow and a superking or optional twin bedroom which overlooks the landscaped courtyard. A bathroom is conveniently positioned between the bedrooms.

A washing machine and extra freezer space is also available in the information room. There is a dining and lounge area with a traditional 3 seater sofa. Outside is a private garden complete with a cosy summerhouse which catches the sun all day and overlooks a meadow.

From the living area a stable door leads out to a private balcony with table and chairs overlooking the orchard. This is a real sun trap and perfect for al fresco dining. Also from here, steps lead down to your private car parking space.
